The individuals listed below are Christians (past and present) who are passionate about their faith. Some are recognized pastors, scholars and teachers of Bible prophecy and eschatology (study of end-times) who also belong to various denominations. Also listed here are those from pseudo-Christian organizations (so-called Christian groups that adhere to doctrines outside mainstream Christianity). This comprehensive list of individuals is meant to help you identify sound teaching on Bible prophecy and prophecy topics only. Some have devoted their entire lives to teaching Bible prophecy. Not all are always in agreement, and not all are sound in their doctrines. Therefore, study for yourselves, and use this as a guide only.
You will find the terms pre-tribulation, pre-millennial, post-tribulation and preterist used here. They are simply this:
The pre-tribulation and pre-millennial views are the most widely held in Bible prophecy. The pre-tribulation view is referring to the rapture (removal) of the Church prior to the start of the tribulation period. The tribulation period lasts 7 years, ending with the Second Coming. Pre-millennial is defined as Jesus Christ returning (Second Coming) before his millennial kingdom (1,000 year reign) ensues on earth.
Those views are the most literal approach to Bible prophecy, and are sometimes called the futurist view, which claims there will be a literal future 7-year tribulation period followed by a literal 1000-year reign of Jesus Christ on earth. As well, the rapture of the Church will precede the tribulation period, and is a separate event from the Second Coming of Jesus Christ at the end of the tribulation period. Additionally, the Church and Israel have distinct and unique roles in the end-times, thus the events described in the book of Revelation are still to come. Such views of are often attacked by liberal denominations and various cults.

End Times Ping
Huge list of well known and unknown teachers and preachers and where they stand with regards to Biblical Prophecy and End Times Teachings.
Please FReemail me if you wish to be added to or removed from The End Times Ping List.
Maranatha!
That is quite a list. I’ve never heard of that website. Where did you find it?
It was linked in a table of articles on Rapture Ready.
Quite a list eh?
This Is very Good!
.
I can see using this later...
Well for the current trek.
Bookmarked, thank you so much.
——>”Those views are the most literal approach to Bible prophecy, and are sometimes called the FUTURIST view”
There’s that word again, Futurist (Futurism). FUTURISM was concocted by the Jesuit branch of the Papacy to counteract the Reformers position that the Papacy was indeed the Antichrist power. The Pre-Trib Rapture theory is directly related to, and builds on, FUTURISM.
Who says that? Every Reformer. FUTURISM was known in their time, because it was manufactured by Jesuits, in their time.

Romanism and the Reformation (from the standpoint of prophecy)
H. GRATTAN GUINNESS
We used to have some cultic Roodites that spammed FR years ago.
They followed the fake rabbi and wanted to argue with believers.
Kind of like the seventh day adventists and meeklys we have today.
H. Grattan Guiness was SDA? Nope.
It is, and I got it bookmarked too. Thanks for sharing that. I got some names to check!
None of the first disciples and authors in the bible made a who’s who list in bible prophecy about 2,000 years later..
:)
About 2,000 demon possessed swine was so accurate for this age.
Most on that Who’s Who list can be discounted as frauds because they don’t even recognize the day/year prophetic time principle. Believing in the Rapture goes without saying.
I also noted one Catholic that was (negatively) noted as a prominent teacher of prophecy was Paul Thigpen and his book, "The Rapture Trap.". There is one other that is worth checking out and that is former fundamentalist pastor Steve Wood. As far as I know, he is the only Catholic that has a regular podcast that is focused on Bible prophecy as it concerns the End Times. He's also written several books on the subject:
Luke 21 Radio - Catholic Biblical Prophecy with Steve Wood
From the same viewpoint, I would also recommend writings and talks by David Curie.
Yes the usually suspects like those following the “visions” of some brain damaged 19th century woman who’s quotes are elevated above Christ’s.
Like Muhammed or Joseph Smith.
The Holy Spirit speaks truth and if you ask Him, He will guide you - and all of us.
Hmmm....
You know that is an excellent point.
Some of us at least acknowledge we see through the glass darkly :)
Of course.
It wouldn’t be a prophecy thread if it didn’t smack of anti Catholicism at one point.
Ever wonder if all of the denominations might be the problem?
I’ve lately had the horrifying suspicion that the US is the great Babylon of Revelation. If you read its description in Revelations, it sounds a great deal like us, the most prosperous nation in history.
Indeed - and I’m leaving that possibility open as well.
Geographically & logistically speaking there’s nothing where the historical Babylon is located to make it a global commercial epic center.
I’ve read that it could be “Rome”, that it could be “allegorical”, or that it could be the “USA”.
Maybe?
Although we have been on the slide towards irrelevancy for the past 40 years or so. TBD IMHO.
Futurism is on the table as long as there are prophecies left to be fulfilled. “This generation shall not pass until all these things be fulfilled” cannot be about a generation that is already dead. I have a question for those the say Christ has returned. Why didn’t they get the hour and the day so we could at least settle that argument?
——>It wouldn’t be a prophecy thread if it didn’t smack of anti Catholicism at one point.
Hard to avoid, seeing as how the Antichrist is the Papacy.
——>Ever wonder if all of the denominations might be the problem?
Oh, you mean the harlot daughters?
