Today, we follow Your servant, Daniel’s, example (chapter 9) and pray: We pray to the Lord our God and make confession and say, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, Who keeps covenant, mercy, and loving-kindness with those who love Him and keep His commandments, We have sinned and dealt perversely and done wickedly and have rebelled, turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. Neither have we listened to and heeded Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our princes and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us confusion and shame of face, as at this day— to all Americans. We have committed treacherous trespasses against You. O Lord, to us belong confusion and shame of face—to all in authority and our citizens- –even those called by Your name—because we have sinned against You.
To the Lord our God belongs mercy and loving-kindness and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against Him; And we have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God by walking in His laws which He set before us through His servants the prophets. Yes, all have transgressed Your law, even turning aside that they might not obey Your voice. Therefore the curse has been poured out on us and the oath that is written in Your Word because we have sinned against Him. We have brought upon ourselves a great evil, as it is written in Your Word .Yet we have not earnestly begged for forgiveness and entreated the favor of the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and have understanding and become wise in Your truth. Therefore the Lord has kept ready the calamity (evil) and has brought it upon us, for the Lord our God is [uncompromisingly] righteous and rigidly just in all His works which He does [keeping His word]; and we have not obeyed His voice. And now, O Lord our God, Who brought Your people forth out of the kingdom of darkness and gave us this anointed Land based on the principles of Your Word with a mighty hand and secured Yourself renown and a name as at this day, we have sinned, we have done wickedly!
O Lord, according to all Your rightness and justice, we beseech You, let Your anger and Your wrath be turned away from us. Because of our sins and iniquities we have become a reproach. Now therefore, O our God, listen to and heed the prayer of Your servants and supplications, and for Your own sake cause Your face to shine upon us. O my God, incline Your ear and hear; open Your eyes and look at our desolation for we do not present our supplications before You for our own righteousness and justice, but for Your great mercy and loving-kindness. O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, give heed and act! Do not delay, for Your own sake, O my God, because Your Republic and Your people are called by Your name.
We pray in agreement with Your Word in the name of Jesus,
We also pray for President Trump. Give Your angels charge concerning him, grant him Your favor and restore that which the canker worm has stolen from him. Amen.

For America As A Nation Who Has Lost Its Way
Loving Lord, I come to You to place the once great nation of United States of America at Your feet, knowing that our great country and it’s constitution was made for a moral and religious people and is wholly inadequate for any other form of government, and yet we have strayed so far from the principles and practices of our great founders, who drew up our constitution based on Your Word.
But Lord, although this was once the land of the brave and the home of the free, sadly there is so much that is wrong with our country that I fear for its future. Lord, as a people we have walked away from You and discredited Your holy name by the way that we have conducted ourselves over the past few years and there is no health in our land.
Look down in pity on our people and our land, and protect us from those that seem determined on destroying our nation. Send Your Spirit I pray, through the land of America, and touch the hearts of all those that are called by Your name to plead on behalf our people. Convict those that are damaging our infrastructure and as a nation may we turn away from our wicked ways and return You to Your rightful position, in integrity and truth.
I ask this in Jesus’ name,

Thank-you for your powerful prayer. O Lord, we pray for national repentance and turning back to You. Please Lord, if it be Your will, let it be so! Amen
May God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorify his servant Jesus by rescuing the hostages taken by the adversary, Hamas in Gaza, and evildoers in all our cities, especially AJ of the Pyle family who recently disappeared while touring DC for the day with his support dog.

Amen to every word of your Spirit filled prayer
Lord, we pray that more people will regret having wandered into the dark side.
We pray that they will repent and seek reconciliation with the only True and Living God.
We especially pray for those in leadership, that they will no longer use their influence for evil, but will begin good work.
