Holy God,
Only when the scales are lifted from our eyes are we able to see Jesus. Father, we thank You that You never gave up on us when we were blind and unable or unwilling to see the truth. You chose to be patient and long-suffering toward us---not willing that any should perish but that all would come to repentance. You chose to prevail and give us many chances to have our eyes enlightened. Thank You, Father, that we can see Jesus now, and that we are able to follow the Light that You have placed before us.
Lord, may each of our military men and women be able to see Jesus as well. And not only that, may they help others come to the One, True Light. Protect them, Lord, and help them to grow closer to You during their time of service. Help them to be committed to You and You alone.
We ask special blessings of Light upon Your people Israel, seeking Your highest protection upon their land, their families, their government, and lives. May the harvest be plentiful. May those who do not understand the Word take the time to explore what You have shown us in the Scriptures. May our nation be blessed because we stand together with Israel.
Father, on this weekend when we honor our Presidents, we thank You for the strong, Godly leaders we have had throughout the history of our nation. We ask that You bring Your special Light to all those currently running for office. May the goodness of the Lord lead all to repentance. Lord, we pray that You would avenge former President Trump and defend him from all those who seek his ruin. Give him the courage to trust in You with all his heart and to acknowledge You in all his ways.
Jesus, Lamb of God, Worthy is Your Name. Now and forevermore, You are Worthy of all glory, honor, praise, and blessing. Blessed are You, our God and King. In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Amen to every word of your beautiful prayer
Lord, we thank You for pulling us out of the darkness and into Your marvelous light.
We thank You for healing our blindness, and for the hope and the mercy poured upon our lives.
We lift up those who continue to be blind, those who do not seek You, those who resist the Kingdom.
Lord, we pray that their hearts will be softened and their blindness healed.
We pray that they will share the joy to be called children of God.
we pray these things in Jesus’ name

Lord, we are tired and discouraged. We are hurt and worried. Like the lost sheep, we no longer recognize the scenery of our land. Vulnerable and alone, we call out to You to save us. Save our country. Forgive our country. Lead us to Your truth and to safety. You alone can help us. Protect us as the devil roams rampant through our land, our communities, and our families. Guide us back to You. Ring out Your call of justice and mercy so that all can hear it.
Like the pesky widow, I continue to beseech You: Let every American heart awaken to Your love and concern. Let every American mind be filled with knowledge of, and reverence for, Your plan. Open our hearts. Restore the faith of the lukewarm, and heal all those who are wounded in mind or spirit. Protect us from the devil and his evil plans. Reach out to us when we start to stumble. Protect our brave military and all patriots, especially President Trump and his family.
I ask all this in the holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen
