So far hes does not seem any different than the rest. Cave- Cave- Cave.
When it's advertised, color me suspicious:
I wonder what the record is for the shortest majority leader term.
Certain verses in ACTS come to mind...
Acts 19:13-17
13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
Ya see, HE has these nearly silent 64,000,000 little voices continuously buzzing in HIS ear, “When Lord? WHEN!!?”
We’ll see how he does, standing up to Pharoah!
I couldn’t have said it better. This is sort of a “trust but verify” thing here. And the only way we can do the “verify” part is to wait and see what happens.
I will still take Speaker Johnson over any previous catholic in that position.
But again, you jump at the chance to verbally attack any non catholic every chance you get.
You are quick to criticize Johnson for his beliefs, yet doesn’t the Catholics belief proclaim an unscriptural position of “pope” portrayed as the “spokesman for God”? And that HIS words are infallible when speaking for God? Hypocrite much?
Seems to me that previous catholic speakers have been a miserable failure. Can you say Boehner for instance. The one who cried at the chance of meeting the pope and idolized the bottle of water he left behind after drinking from it.
I’d MUCH rather have a speaker that references the Word of God rather than TRADITION!
But I’m certain you won’t let that stand in your way of attacking any protestant!
Yeah. That’s a little off. Embarrassing.
Well said!
Quote:
“A few weeks ago, we reported that Mike Johnson held a flag outside of his office that has been co-opted by and has become a symbol representing alignment with the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR)—a movement that believes in a modern-day restoration of Prophets and Apostles. “

Whether or not this is a true characterization of Speaker Johnsons beliefs is yet speculative at best.
But since the nature of the attack is targeting anyone who today claims to be a person in the office of Apostle, then let’s examine that attack shall we?
Regarding the false and unscriptural, traditional teaching of pope, I would point out the hypocrisy of the attack.
catholic teaching is that the “pope” is a position of decendant from the APOSTLE Peter, complete with the same calling and APOSTALIC power of Peter.
So I would LOVE to hear the difference from a catholic perspective.
The Lord did not tell him this
HMMMmmm...
Well then; publisher; Just WHO 'told' YOU this??
OK...
We're right and Prots are wrong.
That do it for ya?

And, since the unscriptural position of “pope” is elected BY MAN, and acts as head of not only a religion, but also as representative of leader of the vatican, then how is that any different than the claim of Speaker Johnson being a politician “claiming” to be speaking for God?
Seems to me that this articles only purpose was to attack his position of authority and ascribing beliefs that may or MAY NOT be an honest representation.
However, the very attack against Speaker Johnson IS reflective in the hypocritical teaching of the roman catholic church as applied to the unscriptural position of Pope.
But don’t let that stand in anyone’s way of bowing before the pope and kissing his ring. Or even holding up his water bottle as an idolic treasure by one catholic Speaker.

Thank God for what is good, but as usual, it needed more proof reading (I have proof!).
Looks like he parted the sea for the likes of Paul Ryan and the FISA court.
So the globalist overclass now is “God”?
