For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness ofmen, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. Romans 1:18
18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our present age is a godless, obscenely perverted, evil swamp crawling with dark, dreadful withered souls. Though Your Power and Nature can be clearly seen through Your creation in its complexity, design, scale, order, variety, beauty, and perfection and in man through his conscience, mind, and will, the wise but foolish souls suppress the truths they know to be true and they reject You lord in favor of idol worship. They have set up many idols such as ‘self,’ evolutionary energy, thinking-choosing matter, Artificial Intelligence, and the ‘right’ to commit shameful, degrading acts with one anothers’ bodies and even with the bodies of children and babies. Not only do they approve of these degrading acts but applaud others who commit them and they dig pits, set snares, and other devious devices to entrap and abominate the undiscerning and innocent.
Heavenly Father, it is for Your purpose of judicial abandonment to allow the wicked to follow their own evil wills that Your children, President Trump, and upright souls must persevere in this valley of the shadow of death for a season. Because they have willfully rejected You O Lord, You have removed all barriers to their sin and allow them to follow their sin to its natural and terrible conclusion. You have given them over that their freely chosen sins will grow worse and worse until they reap the consequences of what they sow.
Please O Lord, we are weak, and we beseech You to walk beside us through this evil swamp. In the frailty of our nature we cannot always stand strong against the cunning and brazenness of the wicked and the evil spirits who are their masters. Please Lord grant us Your strength, Your wisdom, Your light, and Your protection. Uphold us, walk beside us, keep us from sinking into the filthy swamp. Shield our minds and wills against the Evil One. Keep us from all temptation to despair, hate, or give into apathy. Stand with us; guard us Father. Give us Your peace, ““And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7).
And our Beloved, the God Who sees us and Who we will see face to face in the sweet hereafter, responds:
“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” Psalm 91: 14-16. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
Thank-you Lord, we are eternally grateful. We pray in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the One Who sees us and Who we long for, the Crucified Risen God. Amen.

Amen spirited irish! Thank you for your beautiful prayer and reassuring verses. So needed in this time of the end. We can’t face this world and live through it without God.
Thanksgiving That God Is In Control Of The Future
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for all that You have provided for me in a time when the future looks so bleak. Let me never forget that my citizenship is in heaven and that no matter what happens in my life, while I remain on earth You are in control, and You have promised to care for all Your children.
Help me to live my life in a manner that is pleasing to You in this ever changing world, and help me not to put my hope and trust in the leaders of this world nor the things of this world that are passing away, but may I always remember that my hope is built on nothing less that Jesus and His righteousness. For this I praise and thank You Lord.
Thank You, Father, that You know the end from the beginning, and that You are truly in control of all that happens. Not only in our lives but in every corner of the world. Guide, protect and supply for the needs of all Your children and thank You Father that we do know that our future is secure in You, no matter what may take place in the world. Praise Your name, and thank You for Your loving kindness.

O dear Lord, save all people (especially university students and faculty) who are members of “progressive” churches led by “gay” priestesses and other wayward clergy. Bring them out of these organizations, and enable them to find true Christian Churches. Amen!
