Lord, we bless You with all that is within us and we do not forget the benefits we have because of the finished work of Jesus Christ at the Cross of Calvary. We enter into Your gates with thanksgiving in our hearts, and we come into Your courts with praise. We are thankful unto You, Father, and we bless Your Holy and Awesome Name. You are good, Lord God, and Your mercy endures forever. May Your Name be praised and honored both now and evermore.
Lord, Our forefathers prayed for this nation, petitioning Your will to be done. We come before You now also, for Your promise is to bless the nation that turns to You and that leaves its wicked ways. Strengthen us, Father, and give us the courage to stand against the wiles of the devil. Let us not be deceived: our lives do make a difference even against all the worldliness, against false teachings, against false gods in this culture, and against spiritual wickedness. Representing Your Kingdom each day in a godly manner shall bring salt and light to a dark world.
We offer our prayers for Your protection and restoration of Israel. May You strengthen her borders and place a hedge about all who dwell there. May all those still recovering from injury, loss, sorrow and despair be helped and comforted. You are the only hope in the midst of this horrible act of terrorism perpetrated by those who hate Your people. Lord, we ask You to give courage and strength to the Israeli military and all those who are helping from America and other nations. Please show the hostages a way of escape, Dear Lord. We ask You to comfort and defend any Americans left behind in the Middle East as well that they may return home safely.
Father, bless our Veterans and please provide for the needs of all of them. May they receive the gratitude of a gracious and appreciative nation for all the sacrifices made as they served our country.
God of compassion, forgive the voters who voted out of selfishness or ignorance regarding the defense of the unborn during the elections last Tuesday. We pray that You would make a way for those in Ohio and other deceived populations to rectify the situation that was brought about by out-of-state forces of evil. These forces sent millions of dollars to persuade voters to pass perverted and evil legislation. Father, please forgive us for failing to protect Your most vulnerable and innocent creations.
We exalt You, O God, above the heavens. May Your glory be praised this day and forevermore. Thank You for being the God of America, the God of all creation, the One Who remains the same, even in these turbulent times. We love You, we need You, and we are grateful for Your unending love and amazing grace. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Dear Lord and Heavenly King, thank You that there are no boundaries in Your kingdom and that You ultimately rule over heaven and earth, despite the fact that wickedness and evil seeks to dominate the nations of the world as well the lives of individuals.
I pray that You would set up godly men and women in positions of leadership and power in our own nation and in all the nations who exercise authority in our world today.
Thank You for those leaders that are prepared to stand up for truth and righteousness. Give them boldness to challenge those who want to to remove the principles of freedom and tolerance and establish the flawed principles that come from human wisdom.
Lord, I pray that You would guide the leaders of many nations to repent of their sins and turn to the path of peace that only comes from You. Help them to understand that the only peace that will ever be established on earth will be under the rule of the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, after Your wrath has been poured out on a Christ rejecting sinful world. Have mercy Lord. Have mercy on all the leaders of nations who do not know You. I pray that many will be saved by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, in Whose name I pray.
