This is a stupid way to approach it.
Just arrest and convict him of a crime. I mean it’s DC! No conservative can get a fair trial there. Trump is an economic risk to Washington and Big government, and they know it.
They are just afraid that people will get violent over the obvious fascist police state move. I think they will gamble on it soon. The democrats have used this technique against conservatives in the past, and been successful. It’s like the voter fraud, it works and until someone hangs they will continue.

This would require amending the Constitution, where the eligibility requirements for running for President are clearly written.
Even if Trump were convicted of insurrection, he would still be eligible to hold the office of the presidency.
Natural Born Citizen, resident of the U.S. for the past 14 years, 35 years old. That's it.
It's all in the Constitution.
I have sort of soured a bit on Trump. But this kind of stuff would make me vote for him just to spite demonrats

I think he needs to keep talking about election integrity but he needs to start putting out an economic plan, and talk about how to fix the mess that Xiden is creating.
When he ran in 2016 he was running on jobs and economic issues. at this time, that is a winning issue.
