The world is entering a time unlike any we have ever seen. No, we are not just entering it, we are neck-deep in it. I have been watching, waiting, analyzing, and digging into prophetic studies for decades.
But not everyone embraces this often weighty topic with joy; in fact, more and more, I get a reaction resembling fear and even panic. The ‘fear factor’ as it relates to prophecy is a very real condition, and I don’t want to make light of it because I don’t take it lightly. Prophetic passages can be very sobering in that human suffering will be ramped up considerably.
But I do want to offer some gentle suggestions to those who struggle with a very real sense of foreboding at the thought that ‘the end is near,’ with its accompanying birth pangs and global tragedies as outlined in the Scriptures.
Over time, I have learned that there are only two responses that stir in the heart of a believer when they hear that time is short, and that the human race is headed for certain “unpleasant” events on our way to redemption and the consummation of all things.

Maranatha!!!
Which is why Jesus said When you see all these things happen, see to it that you are not afraid.
👍
Absolutely!
He warned us ahead of time and we were told over & over again to “fear not”.
No matter how many times people are wrong when they “interpret” prophecies they keep trying.
This has no reflection or effect on the prophecies, only the interpreters.
For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord.
...for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
(2 Tim 1:7,8... Rev 19:10)

I often share current articles with others that have prophetic overtones. My goal is to wake others up as to the lateness of the hour. Knowing that unless they are being fed the meat of the Word, Bible prophecy is not in their interest. Jesus said, My people perish for lack of knowledge, or something to that effect.
One thing is for certain, where we CHOOSE to spend eternity is forever, and when we take our last breath our destiny is already sealed at that time. There is no such thing as purgatory,, no second chance lotto drawing.. Until our last breath we are given free will. But after that our eternal future is sealed.
If I’m able to minister to the lost I want then to know what the future holds regarding those left behind. The time for choosing is now.
Speaking of which, I came across the following video last night and I must say, I believe it to be quite accurate describing the seven year Tribulation.
Biblical End Times | Rapture ? Great Tribulation - New Creation | Cinematic Documentary
I would encourage others to view this. With different scenes they post the Scripture beneath.
Compare what the Bible states regarding prophecy and the 7 year Tribulation Period, to the promises given to those who choose to be Born Again:
Revelation 22:1-5
King James Version
22 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
Who then is that faithful and wise servant...that gives the household meat in due season? Blessed is that servant when his master returns finds him so doing.
Blessed is the servant that when Jesus appears, finds him telling the household “He is near, keep watching “
One thing for sure the Lost Conservatives, Progressives and Middle of the roaders are in for an extremely rough ride if they do not seek Christ’s Salvation.
I’m not afraid.
Thanks for the post bro!
I’ll check that video out as well. My intention is always to wake the lost up and make sure our brothers & sisters know how late the hour is. The Bible always warns against making future plans years out, as we have no idea when we’ll meet our end. With that said, we see the convergence of events in our modern world lining up remarkably like the Book of Revelation foretells.
Those who put their firm faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary have a glorious future awaiting them.
2 Corinthians 5:18–19
18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
Blessings bro!
Very true words.
My daily prayer is for folks to find Jesus while they can.
Time is running out.
Time is shorter than many realize.
How is it that RNC, who appears to be the foremost promoter of the pretrib rapture on FR, which promises removal before the times of antichrist and the great tribulation, the very thing this thread he now posts says we should not be afraid of?
Of course, we should not be afraid: didn’t Joshua tell Israel at their conquest of Canaan - the reason they were called out in the first place - to “Be strong and of a good courage?”
There is nothing in the typology of Israel’s calling out of Egypt to take the land of Canaan, that corresponds to a pretrib rapture.
Typo. Not the Republican National Committee, RNC, but RWC.
An angry man with an identity crisis when it comes to his relationship with Christ and is easily confused tries to shoot bullets into Biblical Doctrine. I'll be praying for and I'll continue to look up because our redemption draweth nigh. See you in clouds! 😁👍
The fearful Pretrib rapture, yet you post a thread on not being afraid?
“An angry man with an identity crises when it comes to a relationship with Christ, easily confused, tries to shoot bullets into Biblical doctrine” No sir, just stating the obvious, that’s all. It is you that is doing the firing, and all of it duds.
If there was anything to your doctrine, you would give us what I asked: something in typology that corresponds to a pretrib rapture when the Israelites were about to enter Canaan. You couldn’t do it, of course, because there is none.
And then to top it all off, a real dud about my hero Ronald Reagan. Whose opponent on one occasion was Jimmy Carter, famously known for how fearful he was of a rabbit!
You have set up a false argument here. The rapture does not correspond to the Israelites entering Canaan! It corresponds to God bringing destruction on the world!
Jesus himself said, "As it was IN THE DAYS OF NOAH..." (Matthew 24:37- ). And "As it was IN THE DAYS OF LOT..." (Luke 17:28- ). God is about to destroy the world by fire (2 Peter 3). Before He does so, the church will be removed to a place of safety.
There is still time to get into the church. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved!
