SALT LAKE CITY (LifeSiteNews) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, long seen as a bulwark for conservative family values, sent out shockwaves Tuesday when it gave its support for radical legislation currently before Congress that would enshrine gay “marriage” into federal law. The affirmation comes despite the church’s previous moves to fight LGBT infiltration in the culture.
The LDS made the declaration in a Tuesday statement published on its official website.

As the men of Sodom pushed upon the door of the house of Lot to get at the pure men/angels inside, and pressing upon naive Lot who attempted to reason with them, so also homosexual activists seek to push their way into every place that represents the gender distinction and union that God ordained, to out benefit. Newborns are not to be assigned a gender, nor are fossils, and kindergartens are to be places of indoctrination of the homosexual ethos, etc.
Neighbors of ours are Mormons and the mom was saying how they (especially the kids) were hoping that one day one of their “prophets” would say that homosexuality was okay. I’m glad that I wasn’t in on the conversation. I would have replied “Well, it wasn’t that long ago that blacks were allowed to be in your church and finally gain salvation, so there’s hope the church will do the same for homosexuals.”
And the "revelation" that blacks were allowed equal opportunity was more that of a discussion in yielding to societal pressure. Next step can be allowing polygamous SS marriages once some court defines marriage accordingly. Then with animals.

God made man and women distinctively different yet uniquely compatible and complementary, and only joined them together in marriage - as the Lord Jesus Himself specified (Mt. 19:4–6) - and Scripture only condemns homosexual relations wherever they are manifestly dealt with. In addition to which are medical reasons.
