Luxembourg Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, relator general of Francis' Synod, told OsservatoreRomano.va (October 24) that he had met a girl in her twenties a few weeks ago who wanted to leave the Church because God rejects homosexuality.
This made Hollerich “think a lot.” Had the girl criticised the sorry state of the bishops, Hollerich would have remained indifferent.
He acknowledged the fact that Protestant groups which have fallen into homosexualism do not have a greater [but a much smaller] appeal among young people.
But then he goes on to affirm that in his religion "no one is excluded" from God's kingdom, "not even remarried divorcees, not even homosexuals." Until a few years ago, the Modernists' "God" could also have accepted paedophilia.
Contrary to Hollerich, Christ has made it clear that he will actively exclude many unrepentant sinners from his kingdom ("I never knew you, depart from me, you evildoers!" - Matt 7:23), because the way that leads to life is narrow "and few find it" (Matt 7:14).
Hollerich follows the myth that homosexuals did not "choose" their vice, thus reducing same-sex attractions to animal and irrational urges, which he nevertheless considers "a good fruit of God's creation", while the Bible considers them an "abomination".
The decision of the ex-Catholic Belgian bishops to "bless" homosexual acts is "not decisive" for Hollerich, but he defends it.
Blessing, he says, means "to say well" [bene-dicere]. He cannot imagine God ever "saying bad" about two people who "love" each other. In other words, Hollerich calls sin "love".

Well, what to do with doctrinal mistakes was demonstrated by one Herr Luther 500 years ago.
Romans 1 is pretty clear: championing homosexuality in the culture is what happens as a consequence of being turned over to depraved minds.
It’s like a sign hung out by the proverbial doors that SHOULD warn people to not have fellowship with those who have departed from the Lord. But folks who compromise with the world, who go along to get along, just do not seem to be able to read warning signs.

I've pretty much walked away because the gay mafia in the Vatican has made sure to protect and advanced pederasts whenever they can and only very very reluctantly -and angrily - respond to wave after wave of abuse scandals. The refuse to protect kids and move heaven and earth to protect abusive sinners. That's not the church I feel I belong in. But nobody cares at all about people who feel like me.

“Gay” is a lie. “Homosexual” is textually accurate but dry and fails to make the hearer understand. “oh, they are sexually attracted to the same, ok then.”
“The poop people” is more on target, or replace with more Saxon nouns. This isn’t one of many wonderful life choices, this is focused sexual attraction to s***.
If one who joins himself to a prostitute becomes one flesh with her, one who joins himself to an anus becomes one flesh with poo.
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. 1 John 5:2-3
And the command against sexual immorality is found in 1 Thess 4.

She has already left the Church. This young woman understood better than Cardinal Hollerich that "God rejects homosexuality," or at least it's practice.
