Rapture theories floating across the Internet
How about the Rapture" AKA "catching up" theory floating across the Bible?
gap in time between the Rapture and the start of the 70th Week
The Rapture (the FIRST part of his second coming) LAUNCHES Daniel's 70th Week. No gap. The sudden absence of the withholding power of the Holy Spirit in person and in the saints immediately allows Satan's sudden and astonishing rise to power, the grist of the tribulation.
At a minimum, the Rapture happens seven years before the Second Coming
That's the SECOND part of his second coming - exactly seven years after the first part of his second coming AKA the rapture.
If anyone's interested, here's a summary of the sequence of event that are already beginning to unfold.
I believe all of the following prophetic events will happen this, the 21st Century which, if I’m right, will be the most amazing century ever.
1) A worldwide awakening of the body of Christ to the return of Gospel of the Grace of Christ (Jude 3). Underway as we speak.
2) Largely as a result of 1), a final worldwide incoming of souls to Jesus before it all comes crashing down (Luke 14:23). I believe we’re on the very threshold of this right now.
3) The “great catching up” AKA “the rapture” of the saints to Jesus in the clouds (the first part of his second coming) and into Heaven (Matt. 24:36-41). I have reason to believe this will happen sometime during the second half of this century. Lot of reasons to think so, actually. In fact it’s amazing it wouldn’t come sooner, but I believe our merciful and loving God waits for this final harvest and rescue of souls from the unbelievably horrific and deadly wrath to come (James 5:7).
4) Daniel’s 70th Week AKA the seven-year tribulation, launched immediately on earth when the saints and the Holy Spirit are removed from earth to Heaven. So many, including many Christians, underestimate the horror and death during this short period. No one on earth will survive except for a relative handful of Jews hiding in the mountains of Jordan (Matt. 24:4-35; Rev Chapts. 6-19; Dan. 9:27). I believe this will happen sometime in the second half of this century immediately upon the event of the rapture.
5) After seven yeas exactly, the second part of the second coming of Christ with us - “ten thousands of his saints” - from Heaven to earth to execute Armageddon upon all those that hate God, and the setting up of Jesus Christ as the Prince of Peace worldwide ruler - King of kings and Lord of lords for 1000 years (Rev. 19:11-20:4).
Wow.
This century will end with Jesus himself as the worldwide ruler as the Prince of Peace. Truly amazing.
Couple of notes.
The “rapture” launches the greatest party ever - the seven-year Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven with, incredibly, Jesus serving us (He always does and LOVES to) (Luke 12:37). Can’t wait for that one.
Notice that Satan, the great counterfeiter, inserts himself as the horrific worldwide ruler during the tribulation to try to copy what God is about to do (Satan always tries to copy what God is about to do but counterfeits it).
Each of us are on earth for a very short time. Rather than obsessing over and monetizing predictions as to when Jesus returns, I believe we should focus on the fact that we will meet Jesus in our lifetime, i.e., when we fall asleep (die).
I prophesy with absolutely certainty that everyone reading this post will meet Jesus in his lifetime, i.e., at the moment you die. Have you received forgiveness through His blood sacrifice? Have you invited Him into your life? You will not enter heaven without Him in your life. He is the way to heaven - there is no other.
Repo also says God seems to be following the 5th calendar, which is the latest one, which then puts Tish B'Av on or about 09/09 2022, a date in and of itself an odd series of digits.
My Wife just quit her job of 17 years so she can enjoy a short retirement before we go.
Maranatha!

Praise Jesus!
All the talk of the rapture tickles the ears. Yes. There is a rapture - when Jesus returns.
Most are so emotionally linked to their idiolectic misunderstanding of this that they cannot see, imagine or comprehend anything other than a pre-tribulation rapture.
Just one comment: Whatever occurs, I pray that the heart of every servant of Christ (my own included) is so enraptured by the thought of preaching Jesus that they will beg to be ‘left behind’ (no matter the tribulation) to share the Gospel with the lost. Anything else is selfish.
Blessings and Shalom to you all. John 17:15
Your Brother in Christ.
Well, that was a couple very interesting articles.
The apostle Paul knew Judaism, and the appointed feasts of Israel, better than any of us today. Paul was a Jew of Jews. He said in Col. 2:16,17, that the seven appointed feasts of the Lord, “are a shadow of things to come” to the body of Christ.
Now, let us examine these feasts, first the spring feasts: Passover through Pentecost.
1. On the day of Passover observed by Jews in Paul’s day, and still today, is when Jesus the Passover Lamb was crucified.
2. At to Pentecost, “Now when the day of Pentecost was fully come,” Acts 2:1, “they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,” v. 4.
The spring feasts, thus, were fulfilled to a tee, right at God’s appointed time.
Then came the long growing season of “four months and then cometh the harvest,” John 4:35, the appointed fall feasts of Trumpets, day of Atonement, and Tabernacles, to take place at harvest time.
Now, the harvest in Jesus’ parable of the wheat and tares, Matt. 13, concludes the long growing season, but what does Jesus say happens first? The tares are separated from the wheat to be burned first. What does this correspond to in endtime prophecy, but the times of antichrist and the mark of the beast - which does indeed separate the tares from the wheat, the tares will take the mark. Then the harvest of the wheat.
Of course, and my old friend RWC won’t agree, but Jesus said nothing whatsoever about a harvest of the wheat preceding the separation out of the tares. What is thus pictured is: first the antichrist, then Jesus Christ, i.e., his coming and the rapture, or harvest of the wheat.
And what prophetic “shadow to the body of Christ” for that second coming and rapture, are the fall feasts after the long growing season, but the Trumpets, day of Atonement, and feast of Tabernacles?
The feast of Trumpets long understood by Judaism to denote the eschatological “days of Awe” and repentance for the nation (to Christians the seven trumpets in Revelation). The day of Atonement denoting their redemption. Followed by the feast of Tabernacles, their feast of harvest, it having been gathered in.
Some Bible prophecy commentators use “three R’s” to describe the fall feasts> Repentance (Trumpets), Redemption (the day of Atonement), and Rejoicing (Tabernacles).
As “shadows of things to come” to Christians: the Trumpets the rise of antichrist (when the tares will be separated out); the day of Atonement the second coming and rapture (the harvest of the wheat and burning of the tares); Tabernacles the millennial kingdom.
These are God’s appointed feasts, prophetic signs to the body of Christ. Not the Tish B’Av of the Rabbi’s.
And, as the spring feast were fulfilled right on time, so will the fall feasts. The spring feasts, long growing season, and fall feasts, God’s appointed “times and seasons” (1 Thess. 5:1).
“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” -Revelation 13:7
Link to Part - 1
While I agree that we do not know the day, nor hour, I get tired of people misinterpreting Matthew 24:36.
It DOES NOT say it CANNOT be known. It merely says that no one knows but the Father.
Maybe a quibble, but if you start misusing Scripture for this, it's easier later on to misuse it for other things.
