President Joe Biden said that transgender people are “made in the image of God” in an announcement Thursday on “transgender day of visibility.”
“To everyone celebrating Transgender Day of Visibility, I want you to know that your president sees you — Jill, Kamala, Doug, our entire administration sees you — for who you are: made in the image of God and deserving of dignity, respect and support,” Biden said in a video statement.
Biden, a professed Catholic, seems to be referencing Catholic Church teaching that all humans are “made in the image and likeness of God.” The Church’s faith also teaches “male and female he created them,” although the president didn’t mention it in the video.

We have a “transgender day of visibility”. What’s up with that?
Isn’t the point of the “transgender” people that they want to blend in, be recognized as whatever sex they identify as, and not stand out, not make waves, and not have it be known that they were born as the opposite of the sex they identify with now?
If this makes no sense to anyone, just understand, I do not understand any of this.
I will be sent to reeducation camp someday. I understand that there are over 50 gender identities discovered so far, and I can only name a handful. What’s more, I don’t really care to understand. I’m sure such an attitude will mark me for severe reeducation status someday.

He tells a half truth, neglecting to reference the fall into sin, whereby the image of God in man has been corrupted to the core. This corruption is seen plainly in those who confuse genders, and it is even more profound in those who endorse and promote such confusion.

My child is a true trans as the result of an incurable endocrine defect. His life has been hellish since the symptoms started to manifest. He isn’t out celebrating like his private nightmare is the latest fad, he is trying desperately to fit in.
