Skip to comments.Francis On Homosexuals: “The Lord Will Save Everyone” (Video)

Francis claimed that everyone will be saved during his September 15 in-flight press conference thus qualifying Christ's death as superfluous.
The blasphemy went unnoticed until NovusOrdoWatch.org (January 3) paid attention to it. While taking about the vice of homosexuality, Francis said,
“Respect everyone. The Lord is good and will save everyone — do not say this aloud [laughs] — but the Lord wants to save everyone. Please do not make the Church deny her truth. Many, many people of homosexual orientation approach the Sacrament of Penance, they approach to ask priests for advice, the Church helps them to move forward in their lives.”
Reality is different:
• The Novus Ordo sacrament of penance has virtually died out;
• Countless homosexuals boast of their problem, refuse pity, and demand that the whole society be transformed according to their wishes.
The Bible says that homosexual acts cry out to heaven for vengeance. Christ speaks with graphic details about hell warning that “none may cross from there to us.” At the Last Judgement, mankind will be separated into two groups, one rising to eternal life, the other banished to “outer darkness,” “unquenchable fire,” “eternal torment,” where "the worm does not die," people will "gnash their teeth in anguish and regret" and from which there is no return.
So now the pope is a universalist?
I am no fan of the current Pope but he said “The Lord wants to save everyone,” not “the Lord will save everyone.”
Heretic Francis. If we really do not need saving, then what was the point of Christ’s gruesome death.
Big difference. Geez, that’s probably an intentional misleading headline.
Well then that us true, Christs death is sufficient for all that repent.
(but the Lord wants to save everyone)
Well that small part is actually true.
Remaining homosexual indicates a reprobate mind which cannot be turned. Romans 1:24-28 shows that.
There’s always that mythical place called purgatory.
"Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor those habitually drunk, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God." -- 1 Cor. 6:9-11, NASV
The pope deems himself superior to Biblical teachings.
Not according to the Lord’s brother, Jude, or Paul. This is devastating to lie to people by giving them false sense of security.
Read the quote again. He said both; that the Lord WILL save everyone and WANTS to save everyone. They are not exclusive statements.
I have an issue with the ‘God will save everyone’ statement
If God will allow pedophiles into heaven... there’s some serious issues going on I’d like to bring to management
Frank will bend over for anything.
Without sincere repentance and petitioning the Lord for forgiveness, salvation is lost. Jesus wills salvation be available to all, but it must accepted by the sinner who on his part must turn his life away from sin.
The Lord certainly will save ANYONE — anyone who asks.
The Lord won’t save EVERYONE.
I do believe the Lord will pull off a great salvation . Despite globo-homo and the soon coming anti-Christ many worthless souls will be saved . Such as myself and the lowly Apostle Paul .
Good, so I dont need to preach Sunday. What a relief.
