Prayer Request- Father, Aunt, Family, and Myself

My father, a Vietnam vet, went to the Lord yesterday. He had not been in good health for some time.

My boyfriend found him. He is taking it hard. He even tried to do mouth-to-mouth, even though I think it was far too late.

My aunt, his sister, is in the hospital with pneumonia. She has T2 diabetes. They will not let me see her because I have to be cleared for Covid and I have been struggling all day to find a place that has tests.

I am not able to tell her about her brother. I don't think it would be in her interest.

I don't have any siblings.

Please pray for my father's soul. He was a kind man, a good man, but troubled. He took care of my mother, who passed away years ago, and who had serious major depression.

Please pray for my aunt, a very good person, and a good Christian.

Please pray for my boyfriend. I need him now more than ever.

For myself, I only ask that you pray that I get a good night's sleep tonight. I know it sounds selfish, but I don't want to get rundown and sick.

Praying for all of you, Cheshire! Do please try to get a good night’s sleep. Melatonin helps me some but recently I took an Advil PM, and that really did the trick for me! God bless you and yours!

I'm praying for you, my good lady.
At first it is hard to lose a parent.
I lost both of mine within an 11 month period 6 years ago.
My Dad went first - and Mom had trouble without him.
She missed him terribly. I did my best to help, and I may have - a little.

But I remember all the fun and good times we had - there were lots!
Remember, and dwell upon those things - and the loss and pain
will numb in time. You will still feel the loss but it gets much less painful.

I hope this might have helped. And I truly wish I could be more helpful.

So sorry to hear of your sorrow. Losing a parent
is never easy, that you’ve no siblings gives opportunity
to become even more despondent. Please reach out and ask for
help: best friend, your clergy. Know you are never alone.
You’ve been created and He has plans for you. We each have
a purpose. Prayers requested and message received. Praying
