"I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

"Finally, brothers, rejoice. Set things in order. Be encouraged. Agree with one another. Be at peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you." (2 Cor. 13:11)
Today, I dropped and lost my ignition key.
I have an old car, it has keys. Not fobs, not anything electronic. My transportation will not take me anywhere without a key - the exception would be if I force a screwdriver into the key slot, breaking the proper entrance, or hot-wiring it. Both will work - at least for a period of time - but they are not the manufacturer's intended operation procedures.
In addition, they are markers of and for theft. So, keys.
Lord God, I asked for a prayer, for Your Words as a prayer, because I have none tonight.
I looked for Your Word. You reminded me of the key today. So, In my heart, I went back to
The Key Ministries
in Dallas, Texas, to one of the very few deliverance ministers at the beginning of the revival of deliverance back in the 70s, still on this earth, Micah Stephen Bell.
They have been praying much for Your will and purpose and healing and restoration of this nation, too, Lord. So, I now post a bit of theirs:

Word/Prayer through Micah Bell
" . . .We think He’s limited to the spiritual realm to that which is invisible and vaporous. But He’s not limited with anything. This creation is His. Every particle of the created earth is in His control. And He spoke it out of His own mouth. And it came into existence through His word. So there’s nothing, nothing that He can’t do. He fed them in the wilderness. He caused their garments and shoes not to wear out. He gave them to drink. He covered them during the day with shade. And gave fire at night for light. There was nothing those people needed that God didn’t provide. And so, He is very capable, He’s saying, to provide anything we need, even to food to put in our mouth.
So Lord, we put our trust in You for these days ahead when the crisis comes. That there’s nothing to fear. And Lord that we won’t wake up at night dreading or fearing anything. Take the dread out of us…the fear…the anxiousness…the nervousness…the painted lies that the enemy puts in our thought life…that we can take these thoughts captive knowing that their not from You and make them subject to the knowledge of Christ. And that they be vaporized and gone as they come. For we know that his devices to cause us to think fearful things…or to think things that will never come to pass…to think things of failure and trouble and problems, to think those things. Even think things of people doing or thinking about us that are not even true. That we come against that Lord. And paranoid stuff that the enemy uses…that we be a people free of any kind fear…any kind of negative thought about the future. For we know who holds the future and it’s You Lord. And we put ourselves in Your hands. For God, not only in Your hands, but You put us in Your heart. And we thank you Father, for that. That You’re preparing us, Lord, to be able to stand and be the light and the rock of Your salvation in the days ahead, Lord. And we are the branches of the vine that produce the clusters of fruit that are so awesome, Lord that others can feed off of the cluster of fruit that comes from us as the vine."

FATHER, our hearts wished to be filled with the Joyous
Spirit of Christmas. Instead, our leader, Resident in the
OO attempts to fill our soul, hearts and minds with trepidation, fear, anything BUT our normal thoughts remembered this Season in years past. We pray You Inspire
our being. Grow our faith in trusting YOU, our Savior.
There is nothing You cannot do. We pray for freedom from
the oppressor chosen to harden our hearts in order that they
be void of Your Spirit. Release us from this fate, Oh Lord.
Return us to the time of this Season: “Peace on Earth; Good Will toward Men.”
Thank You for all things, Father. We pray in Jesus’ Name.

Lord, we pray that this will be a miracle time as in the time of Haggai. We pray that hearts will be softened, the people will invite You back into the center of our lives, and that we will no longer suffer judgment.

Your ‘key’ story reminded me of the fact that accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior is the only way into heaven. You cannot get there by doing good works or by the coattails of your grandparents or by the faith of another. You must work out your own salvation. That is the only KEY!
Agreeing with you in prayer and am so glad God showed you where your both keys are.

Sister K, your prayer piques my interest in a special way this morning. I read both chapters of Haggai today as part of my annual trip through the Bibe. “(in your carnal way) You looked for much, and it came to little — and even that little bit I (God) blew away.” I.e., your own strength is not so special. And then there is that one big shaking that is left; God promises it in both the OT and the NT; after which the Desire of Nations shall come.
I wish I knew what all that will look like; but I know it will be impressive. And even if the nations do not, by and large, Desire Him, they should. Then all that will be left on earth are those who truly DO desire Him!
Father in Heaven, You are all-encompassing. Your thoughts and ways are infinitely higher than ours, so we know we can’t be privy except for some fraction of them. But that is what we truly want, dear Lord — a piece of Your Mind, as it were. We need what You have determined that we need, and for that, we ask, best we know how. You said You would do nothing except you first reveal it to Your servants; so we ask You to let us in on the things we need to know.
And, oh yes Lord, help us not to miss it when You give clues. Thank You for letting us live in fascinating times.
Father, please protect and vindicate those of Your children who are under persecution by tyrants and haters of Christ.
