I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

It has been a difficult week here on Your good earth. We are discouraged and saddened by what has happened to our nation and we have great concern for our families and America’s children. But it is good for us to set aside our troubles, to forget our heartaches, and to come to Your heavenly throne to worship You. You are the strength of our hearts and our portion forever. Even when our hearts are heavy, You lighten them. Even when hopelessness badgers us, yet You are our Rock, our Fortress, our Refuge, our Sure Defense. Lord God, make us to dwell in the shadow of Your wings where we can hide in the secret place and know that we are safe from all the cares of this world.
We grieve for our nation, Lord, but we must continue to go forward without allowing either sorrow or resentment to immobilize us. We pray that You will give us the courage to stand in the midst of this darkness, allowing Your countenance to reflect from our faces and Your boldness to give strength to our hearts. You give us more grace---that which enables us to do what we could not do without You. Lord, call Your Church to stand up for Your teachings and to stop being bullied by those who want to silence us!
We pray for all those who are serving in our military and ask You to give them an extra measure of strength and courage today. We pray for Your loving support to hold up all of our veterans and to provide all they need. Help us always to show our debt of gratitude toward those who have served. We ask You, Lord, to weed out those in our military leadership as well as those who hold political office if they indicate by their actions that they hate America and Your truths. You know who they are. Bring them to their knees in repentance.
Lord, we pray Your protection over Israel and Your blessing upon her to avoid making costly decisions. Help them to seek Your wisdom always. We pray that America would once again defend and support her, Father, for we know that You bless those who bless her and curse those who curse her.
Because it is not Your will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, we ask You to call Former President Clinton to repentance as he endures this sickness and hospitalization. Heal him, Lord God, for the sake of what Your Son did for him on the Cross of Calvary.
Father, this is not a time for us to be weak and ineffective, but to be strong in You and in Your power. You have appointed each one of us for this time and place for Your own special reasons. May we all be willing to fulfill the purposes You have for our lives. We trust in You to lead us and to help us host Your presence upon this earth. We ask with humble hearts, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Lord, we beseech thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !
Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over your children ! Send forth your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
