The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops announced Tuesday the resignation of its top administrator for "possible improper behavior" after an outlet linked Monsignor Jeffrey Burrill's phone activity to gay bars and the LGBTQ dating app Grindr.

See, the problem is not a high-ranking Catholic official hooking up for sodomy on “Grinder” or whatever all day every day all over the country. They don't fear God. I guess every decent-size city has a "gay park," and mine is no exception. It was a park along a creek bed below a hill where a large, Gothic-style Presbyterian church stood. Everyone knew it as "fag park." In a saner age, police would work undercover to arrest nuisance propositioning offenders. I think policing is banned in that regard now.

Now they don’t need a “park” per se, they just need an app and then a car or alley.

That’s a good question, I think that would be a part of it.
It seems there is “anonymized” data used for marketing that it tied to a particular device such as a cell phone.
But, if you know where the guy works, and you know where he lives, then you can figure out with anonymized device is his and the marketing data contains all the information.
There’s no telling how much data is in there or what you can do accomplish with this method. No telling how far back you can go, either. 10 years or more?
My point is, if you are involved in civil litigation, or family court, or have a business competitor you want to target, why would you NOT be using this method?
Why isn’t every large law firm in the nation doing it as part and parcel of their representation?
I haven’t heard of that, but I expect we will.
A “true church” does not have a massive immoral leadership anymore than does an “honest company” have crooks at every level of management. This is what you get when people put tradition and manmade corporate edifices above God.

Why not track the cell phones of your competitor’s sales people using this method and keep track of what customers they are visiting?

What is needed is a vigorous warrior Pope. A Pope Michael( in the mode of St. Michael the Archangel who will totally purge the clergy of all homosexuals. A Pope who will allow normal heterosexual priests to lead a healthy complete life and abolish mandatory celibacy. The Church needs a man like Pope Julius.
