Although the information flow is chaotic, there are already official announced cancellations of Roman Masses:
Dioceses in the USA
Alexandria: all Roman Masses cancelled.
Wichita: one priest who runs the largest Roman Mass congregation may continue. All others must close down.
Little Rock: all diocesan Roman Masses are cancelled. Two parishes run by the Fraternity of St Peter may continue.
Covington: pastor of All Saints church in Walton must stop celebrating.
Arlington: voices say that this diocese which has the highest number of diocesan Roman Masses in the USA, is going to cancel them all.
Dioceses in Australia
Melbourne: four Roman Masses besides those in the Personal Parish of St John Henry Newman are cancelled.
Sale: the only Roman Mass besides the one of the Society of St Pius X, is cancelled
Ballarat: the only existing Roman Mass was cancelled.
Other examples
Katowice, Poland: the diocesan Roman Mass was cancelled, but PiusX is present in the diocese.
Lima, Peru: the only diocesan Roman Mass was cancelled.
Meanwhile, Homosex Eucharists and homosex "blessings" are encouraged and keep going on.
On social media, there are dozens of posting indicating that local Roman Masses were shut down (examples below), were restricted or that there will be changes soon.

Ebb, why are they now calling the “TLM” the “Roman Rite”? Is that common outside the USA? Is it to make it more vague? Does the Roman Rite specifically mean the Latin Mass, as I thought the NO was the Roman rite? Thanks!
I don’t know who is calling the TLM the roman rite. According to Bergoglio’s motu, the Novus Ordo is now the only roman rite.
so sad. we visited the parish here that has Latin Mass - pray they dont get shut down. not a word on diocesan site.
The sentiment is wrong.
This is more like Japan bombing Pearl Harbor.
With that act, America entered the war.
Similarly, Pope has bombed the Traditionalists.
Game on.
It didn't end well for Japan.
I like your analogy. Bergoglio and his minions would do well to remember Admiral Yamamoto’s famous diary entry: “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”
The irony of this, is the Traditionaliats (nor, I suspect, the vast majority of the Catholics who don't read America) were fine with leaving the TLM situation alone. Most people viewed the TLM folks as homeschoolers, old fogeys, conspiracists, young families with scores of kids, Sedivacantists, Luddites, Vatican II haters etc who were harmless...odd, but harmless. Yea, maybe they threw a wooden statue in the Tiber but the thing was ugly and it had mammalian protuberances on it. Coexist, as the stupid bumper sticker goes, right?
Aaaaand so...regular Catholics wake up on Saturday wondering "what the heck did these people do to cheese off the Pope?"
Someone will reply "The Pope thinks their attending the TLM is a rejection of Vatican II."
To which these Catholics would reply "he's just realizing this NOW? Boy, is he slow. Even I knew that, but they never bothered anyone." I think Francis will find no wellspring of enthusiasm for this tactic.
Now, Francis knows the TLM folks won't roll over easily. So, the REAL question is....what trap has he set in anticipation of revolt, and how can he be outsmarted?
We will soon find out...he has his moles...but Traditionalists have theirs, too.
In a group chat I have with 4 friends, all of whom are Catholics of varying degrees of commitment but none of whom is a fellow TLM-er, the reaction was basically, “Why would the pope do that? It makes no sense. If some people like Latin Mass, let them have. If they like Vietnamese mass, let them have that too.”
I think many rank-and-file Catholics (ranging from nominal/lapsed to weekly Novus Ordo attendee) have a hard time wrapping their head around the idea of a pope/cardinal/bishop/priest preferring an empty church to packed TLM. The apparent irrationality of it all creates such cognitive dissonance that they’re completely disoriented by it and make no sense out of it all. It’d be like trying to understand if the CEO of McDonald’s preferred to shut down a restaurant than to see it continue to serve some popular item (Filet o Fish?) that other people liked but he didn’t.
So we have situation in the TLM-ers are outraged, most of the rank-and-file non-trads are confused, and a tiny cohort of the Catholic left is celebrating. From what I’ve noticed, that tiny cohort of the Catholic left is mostly gay, lay and clerical, i.e., the Jim Martin SJ wing of the Church. It seems to me that PF has become a gay icon — sort of a papal Judy Garland. They have unswerving loyalty to him because he’s approved of their behavior, either overtly or with a wink and a nod.
