Jesus Christ went to cross to pay the price to pay for all sin, including that of homosexuality, but the problem starts with people who think that homosexuality is not a sin. The very idea of Christian LGBTQ+ people is an idea that opposes itself from start to finish. Someone who drinks too much goes to AA to be told that what they’re doing is wrong and potentially deadly, and there given steps to become sober. Someone who goes to AA drunk is asked to leave, I think you get the idea of what I’m telling you.
“In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.” 2 Timothy 2:25,26 (KJB)
I do not view homosexuality and the LGBTQ+ lifestyle as being any worse of a sin than any other sin mentioned in the Bible, but it is absolutely a sin that must, like all sin, be put under the shed blood of Jesus Christ. God does not condone it, does not support it, and is 100% against gay marriage regardless of the ‘monogamy’ of the couple in question. Any church that is ‘gay affirming’ is a church that is against God and against the Bible. You cannot be a Christian, that is to say a saved person who follows Jesus Christ, and be part of the LGBTQ+ just like you cannot be a member of AA and still be a drinker. One cancels the other out, every time.
“Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.” Romans 7:13 (KJB)
Lastly, if you’re a Christian you should not be supporting gay ‘christian’ recording artists because when you do that you are mocking God and the Bible. The LGBTQ+ Movement ‘christians’ are not Christian by a biblical definition, not at all, and they worship a counterfeit god of their own making. You won’t lose your salvation if you are saved and throw your lot in with them, but you will pay a price for it at the Judgement Seat of Christ.

The professing Church in America is clearly dividing upon theological lines and while many may continue to profess “Lord Lord,” there will be little doubt about who truly stands with Christ in these days ahead.
It is worse than other sins.
Further its not just sexual sin, its also has an unnatural warped dimension to it.
Plenty of other sins do not merit the death penalty.
And before anyone gets p1ssy, I didnt determine what temporal penalties are for any sins.

A Christian who accepts sodomite behavior is not a Christian. It’s that simple.

This is not a controversial statement.
You know full well you can read the bible and see exactly what temporal punishments were assigned to various sins by God himself. The very fact God himself notes that all sins do not have the same temporal punishments is clear they are not all equal in severity.
My church, and many others, sadly; sing this new music crap all the time. Singers up front showing how full of “worship” they are. All it takes is an emotional face, hands raised up, and swaying you know....
Thankfully I have seen any unbiblical songs creep in; yet. But the stage is quite literally set for it.
Maybe the Commandments are misnumbered in my Bible.
I don’t see Christians going around stating that they are Christian extortionists, Christian serial killers, Christian rapists, Christian adulterers, Christian pimps, Christian drug dealers, etc.
Nope, only the homosexual issue is the one where so-called Christians identify as a Christian (fillintheblank with preferred sin)

Read the bible. Whats the temporal penalty for murder? Whats the penalty for performing homosexual acts and being caught?
You will have your answers. They are all very clearly determimed what the penalties are.
I do see them going around saying they are Christian rock musicians.
Its not really good for either christians, or for rock music.
