Weird Twitter thread about how the lights are out at the White House. In photos, only the last upper floor window on the right has a light on, day or night. If the Bidens were remodeling, there would be trucks taking things out and bringing things in (carpets, wallpaper & supplies, etc.) and workmen... observers say it’s been like that for a week
