Just a thought for this Christmas season. One of the greatest myths in all of Christendom is that Mary (Miriam) - the young Jewish girl of king David's line - who gave birth to the Savior of the world was sinless. I myself was taught this as a boy in the church I attended and it wasn't till I was born again and started reading the Holy Scriptures for myself that I saw the true folly of such a myth. My dear friends, no greater lie could ever be told or fantasy ever believed! When this lie is embraced it derails the total ETERNAL movement of Almighty God and seeks to make the temporal, fallen and mortal the ETERNAL, RIGHTEOUS and DIVINE (Rom. 10:4). Mary herself testified that she rejoiced in Almighty God her Savior and one does not need a Savior if one is not a sinner (Rom. 3:23, 6:23, 10:2-4, Acts 4:12)! If we let the Holy Scriptures of Almighty God and Mary's own personal testimony speak to us then this great fantasy of many can NEVER stand. . Mary herself testified that she rejoiced in Almighty God her Savior and one does not need a Savior if one is not a sinner. . And Mary herself said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. For he hath regarded the low estate (to look with pity on her vile condition) of his handmaiden (slave): for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation (St. Luke 1:45-49).
Also the Holy Scriptures tell us that Mary offered a burnt offering and a sin offering for atonement after her purification (Leviticus 12:1-8). If Mary was not a fallen daughter fallen of Adam she would not have needed to offer an offering of sin.
And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons (St. Luke 2:22-24).
My dear friends, if you are one who holds to the teaching of the Catholic church on Mary of Nazareth I would like to challenge you to believe Almighty God's Word and receive the biblical position of Mary and that of salvation (John 1:12, Acts 16:28-30, Romans 6:23, 10:2-4, 1 John 5:13). Mary the young maiden - by faith - trusted in Almighty God for her ETERNAL salvation as a young girl before her angelic visitation and little did she know that she would be the vessel of Almighty God to bring forth the perfect body for her Lamb and propitiation of her soul (John 1:29, John 3:16-17, 36, Rom. 10:2-4, 1 John 2:2, 4:10).

The first Christmas two thousand years ago - the young Jewish girl of the tribe of Judea - Mary; was trying to comprehend and take in the wonders of the last nine months (Matt. 1, Luke 2:24-80). Mary was highly favored above all women and was given the Divine assignment to prepare the body for the ETERNAL Spirit of the Son of Almighty God (Isa. 9:6-7, Micah 5:2, John 1:12, Heb. 10). The true servant's heart and faith of Mary are to be greatly commended and her exampled followed; but when individuals seek to change her testimony and her witness to fantastic fables they do her and her ETERNAL Savior a great disservice and dishonor.
Mary needed a Savior and believed as the Word of God clearly stated (Lev.). What about you? If Mary was here today she would point you to her God and Savior, the Lord Jesus Messiah to save your soul and give you ETERNAL LIFE (John 3:16-17). What will you do? Will you listen to Biblical Mary or traditional Mary?
The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
“Sinless” doesn’t imply that Mary didn’t need a Savior. How do you suppose she got to be sinless in the first place? Effort? Willpower? Strength of character? Nope! GRACE. 100%, beginning to end. Grace won at the Cross and given to her by her Son, who is also her Creator.
The premise of this article is wrong. Catholics believe that Mary was born without original sin by virtue of, and in anticipation of Christ’s redeeming sacrifice. Further, the fact Mary performed ritual purification means she was an observant Jew, not that she was stained by sin.
Mary needed saving like any other human. Saying otherwise belittles the Christs death and resurrection. You are implying that she could have died for mans sins...
To be born sinless must infer the birth mother was sinless as well and her mother before her, etc., plus the father had to be sinless as well?
How to you arrive at this? How do you know Mary was born without original sin? I’m not be atognstic, but seek to understand how you arrive at this doctrine?
I invite you to read this prayerfully. You may think a little differently about it afterwards.

antagonistic, my smart phone sure does weird autocorrects.

I really don’t understand your response at all:
1. “Mary needed saving like any other human.”
I-ambush does not deny this and in fact points out that it was Christ’s redeeming sacrifice which rendered her free of original sin.
2. “Saying otherwise belittles the Christs death and resurrection.”
We are in agreement here. It would purport to belittle the resurrection if someone said “otherwise”. But since no one did we’re all good here.
3. “You are implying that she could have died for mans sins...”
Whaaaat? Where did this come from?
No, the premise is fine. It’s the perspective that Mary had to be sinless that is suspect in light of the entirety of the Word. That the scriptures are silent regarding Mary’s end means nothing other than she is not mentioned further. To elevate her to any position is conjecture and not supported by logic or biblical theology.
When the Word states that “all have fallen short” that “ none are righteous” etc. That kinda includes , well, a’ll.
Trust only in Christ. Mary did.
Yes she got fullness of grace preemptively so to speak. “Hail Mary Full Of Grace” so said Gabriel
Well said, I know folks in the traditional catholic New movement, forgive the spelling, st Thomas of aquintess is one of the new JEW denying cults claiming to be the first church, whose Roman mystics placed marys faCe over ishtars, and proceeded to erase Israel as the people of God,,,for their own power..I tell them Jesus and Mary and most everyone around were Jewish, and they could not make such a blanket statement of the Jewish people being the cruciferous crucifyers of Christ..when Rome conquered Israel it replaced the true God with a blend of pagan mystics and com ppl lately fake deitys many female, used the same priest as before, Peter was a Jew and knew the freedom Jesus was bringing to us by use of our faith in the Father, the veil torn..in Christ really we are Jewish..don’t forget about the wedding feast parable where those who were invited at the last moment came and one did not have a robe..and was thrown out, he did not know it was a Jewish wedding, a kittel is required .we have to know whom we worship..those who curse the Jewish people are cursed by God..Ishtar replacement theology is cursed..Only Jesus is the Jewish King, only Jews have gates in the New Jerusalem, Christians will enter through the gate of the tribe of Judah one in the King, the lion of the tribe of Judah .
Shalom my friend in our Risen Lord
Jesus is the Second Person of the Trinity. He is both True God and Man. *That* is why He could die for man's sins.
Saying she was sinless. The catholic belief.
No offense my friend; but why don’t you you prayerfully read Almighty God’s Word on this topic and believe. John 17:17. You’re calling Almighty God a liar to belive contrary to Scripture.
Was raised in this world and already have done so. Just challenging many to think outside of the box and believe the Holy Scriptures on this subject.
So ... the Angel Gabriel was a fallen angel, and therefore a devil? After all, 'all have sinned', right?
That's where crazy misuse of Scripture gets you.
For the thread: the word used is 'pas'. And 'pas' means "all or most of". It does not mean "literally all without exception"
I know I was raised in this world; however the Bible does not at all teach such. The crossroads for a lot of people is Mary.
Rom. 3:23; 1 John 4:10 All; John 1:12,3:16 ALL/
Translated into modern English,
“Hello, Mary, God is giving you an undeserved unearned favor”
Luke 1:28 the Angel Gabriel speaking to Mary “Hail, full of Grace, the Lord is with you.” What does it mean to be full of grace? Full of God’s presence, full of God’s love and light. To be full of Grace leaves no room for sin. It is all GRACE.
Romans 3:9 What then? Are we Jews[a] any better off?[b] No, not at all. For we have already charged that all, both Jews and Greeks, are under sin, 10 as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one;
11
no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
12
All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one.”
These verses apply to everyone except Christ who alone was sinless. We are sinners and have nothing of merit to present before God, only demerit. We don’t do anything truly good in God’s eyes because even our best efforts are tainted by sin. Salvation is a gift (a gift cannot be earned) which is given by God’s grace and received through faith (which is granted to us by God’s grace).
