Well, if one totally and irreveribly commits trust (truly believes) in the Only-God-Begotten-In-The-Flesh Human Jesus of Nazareth, then because He is what He is, you also believe in getting right to the tasks of doing what je says,

"And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Lk. 6:46 AV).

Just believing that He exits will not get you to salvation. What is saving is knowing that after you have received the gift of eternal life, your good works will then please God, prove it, and glorify God.

Works don’t save. They never have, never will.
There are a dozen verses at least that prove that.

And your statement makes no sense...

“What is SAVING is knowing that AFTER you have RECEIVED the GIFT of ETERNAL LIFE...”

If I’ve already received it why do I need to be saved again with good works? Huh?

You mean prove it to you...We don't need to prove it to God...He already knows...He knows our heart...I'd like to see a list of those good works some of y'all refer to...

The Bema Seat Judgment is for Christians only...No one at that judgment goes to hell...

How do you determine if you've done enough works...To which judgment will you go to find out???

Just an added thought to my Post #66:

"And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them" (Rev. 14:13 AV; bolded for emphasis).

(This is about works done following one's regeneration in the Spirit. God remembers and preserves the impact of such works.)

What is saving is knowing that after you have received the gift of eternal life, your good works will then please God, prove it, and glorify God.

So you are trying to say that God, Jesus Christ, has redeemed us, and we receive this freely given gift of eternal life and then justify ourselves as in Romans 2:By your stubbornness and impenitent heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself for the day of wrath and revelation of the just judgment of God, 6 who will repay everyone according to his works:[c] 7 eternal life to those who seek glory, honor, and immortality through perseverance in good works, 8 but wrath and fury to those who selfishly disobey the truth and obey wickedness. ?
