My beloved Jewish friend and also Gentile friend, may I ask you these very personal questions on the Day of Atonement?
Where is YOUR atonement (covering) for your transgressions against the RIGHTEOUS Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?
Where is YOUR sin-offering for your cleansing of transgressions against the Holy Law of Almighty G-d (Lev. 4, 17:11, Isa. 53)?
Where is YOUR lamb to offer in your place for your transgressions (Lev. 17:11, Isa. 53)?
Where is YOUR propitiation that FULLY satisfies the PERFECT RIGHTEOUS DEMANDS OF THE HOLY LAW OF G-D (Isa. 53:10-11, Zech. 12:8-14)?
Have you PERFECTLY kept the LAW of Moses with your whole HEART, SOUL, and MIND (Deut. 6:5)?
My dear Jewish friend, ALL (Jew and Gentile) crucially need Almighty God's FULL SATISFYING propitiation, which all the lambs of sacrifice pointed to but could NEVER take away (Ps. 40:6-8, Isa. 40:16). ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death, and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS (Psalm 110:1, Isa 9:6-7, 53, Jer. 33:15, Zech. 12:10). The Messiah was born of the seed of the woman and of the line of Abraham (Gen. 3:15, 12:3, Isa. 7:14, 9:6-7, Micah 5:2). He laid down His PERFECT and sinless life and shed His Blood for the transgressions of the world and was rejected by both Jew and Gentile (Isa. 53:1-10, Dan. 9:26, Zech. 12:10). He was buried (Ps. 16:10, Isa 53:9) and triumphantly AROSE from the dead for our justification and now sits at the RIGHT HAND of ALMIGHTY G-D in Heaven (Psalm 16:10,110:1, Isa. 52:13, 53:12, 9:6-7). He will come again to redeem Israel and will establish His Kingdom from Israel FOREVER (Psalm 110:1, Isa. 11:1-10, Dan. 2:44-45, 7:13-14, Micah 4:1-4, Zech. 12-14).
ETERNAL redemption is ONLY found in the PERFECT life, death, and resurrection of the Messiah of Israel, the Branch of RIGHTEOUSNESS.
It is our sincere desire that you would come to know the Messiah of Israel and let the Word of the Lord open your eyes and heart to the realities of time and ETERNITY. Tragically Israel's WORST DAYS are not very far away (Jer. 30:4-9, Zech 13:7-9, 14:1-4). It will take this GREAT TRIBULATION AND THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON that will cause Israel to FINALLY afflict themselves greatly because of their transgressions and cry out to the LORD Yeshua Messiah as He returns from Heaven's glory! It will be then that they will greatly repent and be mightily converted (Isa. 63:1-4, 66:7-9, Zech. 12:1-4, :8-14, 13:1-2,6, 14:1-4, Rev. 1:7, 19:11-21). Oh what a glorious day that will be and because of their reception of Yeshua Messiah they will now be ready for the Kingdom Age Almighty God promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and to her seed!
Beloved, Yeshua came to TAKE AWAY our sins, not to COVER them! The blood of goats and lambs could NEVER atone for a sinful man, but the spotless man from the seed of Abraham, can go to the cross and be our RIGHTEOUS Lamb!

For a gentile not good questions at all. Gentiles are not subject to Jewish law. Rather we have Christ and the New Testament chapters of Paul to guide us.
Do not DARE to contradict our Torah and tell people yours is the only way, you ignorant oaf.
Then there's the fact that Yom Kippur does not now, and never did apply to non-Jews.
I realize it's a completely vain attempt to argue against a "burning in the bosom" like yours (especially since it causes you to LOCK YOUR CAPS at the word ETERNAL), but you merely assume the claims of chrstianity from the start. If you are arguing with someone who does not, then you cannot quote the "new testament" to prove anything.
The Torah is the Truth. Anything that contradicts it or assumes some sort of "fulfillment" that renders it moot is ipso facto questionable and unsafe.

Do you think that God really cares whether you use a minus sign or an o to spell his name? Since you use the minus sign so much doesn’t it just become the same word? And was presented as a 40 day babe on the Day of Atonement.

And pattern followed at 30,He would have then began His ministry on the Day of Atonement.
After being in the wilderness for those same 40 days, after being baptized on His 30th birthday.
Israel was called to fast one day,the final day of 40, that the Messiah of Israel fasted,before beginning His journey to the tree as the Passover Lamb.
These really are His days.

Please explain how it is "appropriating" Judaism when the plan of Almighty God was that the Messiah would one day come as a suffering servant and then as the triumphant heir of the throne of King David? This is what Christians believe and we see Judaism as the older brother of our faith. Are all the prophecies that the Prophets of the LORD gave - and which many were included in TIF's OP not valid or true? I read Isaiah 53, for example, that His "Righteous Servant will justify many and He will bear their iniquities.", and I cannot help but believe it IS speaking of the Messiah. Who else could that and the hundreds of other very specific passages be speaking of? No disrespect intended at all, here. Just a sincere question.
Oh, but it certainly WAS! They carried with them the Ark of the Covenant and the LORD gave Moses the instructions for how this and the other sacrifices were to be made using this symbol of the presence of the LORD (see Leviticus 16). Then Joshua, when he led the children of Israel into the Promised Land, sent ahead the Ark of the Covenant with the priests (see Joshua 3).

Not true. When the Lord first instituted the Day of Atonement with Moses, it wasn't just for Jews:

What makes you think anything "contradicts" the Torah? It is NOT rendered moot, it is FULFILLED - just as the LORD intended. The sacrifices and feast days and Sabbaths were a shadow of what was to come. The blood of animals offered to make atonement for sin was something that was not intended to be permanent, else why did it need to be performed yearly? It was a "covering", and expiation, for sin and it symbolized that God required death - the shedding of blood - to make atonement. That was how serious sin was to Him. But the blood of animals could never make PROPITIATION for sins - they could never take away sin. There were two goats chosen for the sin offering. One was for the Lord and his blood was offered upon the Mercy Seat. The second - the "scapegoat" - was sent away alive into the wilderness and was also the bearer of the sins and the people will be purified and made right with the LORD (see Leviticus 16:10). These were object lessons for the people and I hope you come to appreciate the awesome ways in which our Creator has communicated with His creation and made a way for us to be reconciled to Him. It is pure GRACE.

I’m Jewish also my friend, look at the Torah, Prophets and Psalm verses that point to Yeshua! I deed the Torah us true but can you keep the whole Law perfectly? Neither can a Gentile. All sacrifices pointed to the perfect sacrifice of Yeshua. You need a Perfect man lamb not a lamb lamb. Isa. 53, Psalm 110:10, etc. Be objective and believer!
Be a true believer not a keeper my friend for we all once were there including me! In the beginning on Pentecost the church was created and made up of Jews. Messianic/annionted) ones (Christians) be ause the Kingdom was postponed. The true church loves Israel as you can see at the Prayer day event on Saturday lead by a Jewish believer in Yeshua.
Look more I to and prove me wrong for undoing so if you seek with a whole heart you will see Yeshua is the Messiah and the Lamb of God which takes away the sons of the world for Jew and Gentile.
