Yep. Time to decide where you want to spend eternity. Don’t wait thinking that you can “get right with God in your old age, because now I want to enjoy what the world has to offer”. You probably won’t get that chance.

I’ve been pondering for a very long time what will happen to America in the end times. General consensus among most seems to be that she’ll be destroyed or taken over after the Rapture occurs.
However, if the Rapture were to occur right now, I don’t think it would change America much at all. In order for the departure of believers to have any really significant effect on her fate, there would have to be a whole lot more believers.
If Pres. Trump wins in November, that would provide the breathing room needed to grow the numbers. If that comes to pass, THEN the departure of believers would gut the nation. The hollow shell such a departure would leave would quickly shatter, and America would be no more. Sort of like a tooth that’s rotten on the inside, but appears to be white and healthy on the outside. Yet, the tooth breaks unexpectedly when doing something ordinary like biting down on a piece of toast.

Herb Rogers wrote a excellent book, Amazing Prophecies Being Fulfilled, concerning what the Bible said about this time and conditions in Israel after Israel would become a nation again and also why this time is unique in history. The Bible certainly isn’t vague like Nostradamus’s quadrants. Israel becoming a nation after 2000 years of dispersion across the world was critical to start this era.

Oh wait, "Christians beaten in the synagogues"? -- the entire Olivet discourse and John's apocalyptic revelation is talking about the time before 70 AD when the temple was destroyed and the new Jerusalem - the Christian Church came into being with the new temple, the spiritual temple - Jesus Christ
