Last Trump Rapture

For those who have followed my writings over the years, know, that I am not prone to wild speculation, date setting, prophecy crazes, or any other sort of unbiblical theology. This will be a little different. So, let me caution you and preface this article with several points of consideration.

1. I do not know the ‘day or hour’ (Matthew 24:36). You will not find me saying here, on such and such date, the Lord will Rapture the Church. I’m simply giving a likely window of time that I feel, He could return.

2. Do not take my speculation here as Gospel. IOW, don’t quit your job, sell the farm, leave your spouse, or any other life-changing decisions based on what you read here.

3. Do not lose hope if my theory is wrong, and we are still here after ____ date. You can fault me, but don’t fault Scripture. I am errant, Scripture is not.

4. Do keep looking up. Do remain excited about our Lord’s soon coming. I may be wrong by months and year(s), but I believe we are very close.

...so.. The anti Christ was Rome. When was the 7 year tribulation, FOLLOWED by the 2nd coming of Messiah to set up His 1000 year Kingdom? If they identified the anti Christ they were bound to the rest of the anti Christ story.

I am promising every single person on this thread that you are going to die of old age or hit by a moose or anyting but there will be no rapture in your lifetime

Many people have lived and died waiting for it.

Jesus will come like a thief in the night. That’s very easy to understand there’s nothing to read into it. go out and enjoy life and let the young people enjoy life and stop hoping that catastrophic things happen. For goodness sake

And some of you will be disappointed? That’s completely insane, you know right? :-)

Jesus never had in mind people waiting around desperately staring at the sky hoping for him to come again.

Be in this earth, not of it.

When your time comes it comes.

Ciao :)

My thoughts have always been if the man of apostasy was revealed while us Christians are present wouldn’t we know that the clock was ticking? My other thought has been he is revealed, but we don’t know that he is that man, anyways what do you think?

I am not questioning anyone’s belief, so please don’t get offended and lets expose all of our possibilities. Bottom line is that you have yours and I have mine, but when it comes to prophecy hindsight is always 20/20.

And if President Trump does not win re-election, then NOW is the last Trump.

The elections of Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Trump, have only increasingly agitated and solidified the sides for which Christians now stand, at least, in this country. IOW, God is shaking off the fence-sitters and forcing people to choose sides.

I was just talking about this with some good friends today.

I've thought that for years, since obama got elected,t hat God is drawing the line in the sand and FORCING people, whether they know it or not, to choose sides.

IMO, by the time the Rapture happens, there will be NOBODY without excuse.

THose who remain to endure the Tribulation do so because that's what they chose.

Now granted, after the Rapture, many will have their eyes opened, but it's not going to be easy for them, like it would have been had they chosen earlier.

“I guess all the early Protestant Reformers were idiots”

I tend to agree with that with maybe the exception that he is the false prophet, Rev 13;11, but what exactly are you getting at?

I am not questioning anyone’s belief, so please don’t get offended and lets expose all of our possibilities. Bottom line is that you have yours and I have mine, but when it comes to prophecy hindsight is always 20/20.

I have no idea what you mean and my guess is you do not know either. Exegetical analysis is not easy....

My only concern is whether the “Last Days” officially began when Israel became a nation in 1948, or when Israel reclaimed the Temple Mount in the 1967 Six-Day War.

I've come to the conclusion that 1967 is the critical date.

The Restrainer was the Roman State.

The Antichrist IS the Catholic Church/Pope. Every single Protestant Reformer said that but everyone today just ignores it because it doesn’t fit the pre trib rapture theory. 1260 years if Papal power and persecution. A times, time, and half a time, etc... It all fits, but everyone just ignores it. 150 million+ martyrs tortured and murdered during that 1260 year period. Everyone just ignores it.

There is no 7 year tribulation period from Daniel’s 70 week prophecy and I’ve said that from day 1. You cannot separate the last week of a continuous day/year prophecy. You cannot CHOP the last week off and transport it 2000+ years into the future. It cannot be separated. Short article below that I’ve posted before that no one seem to want to read. But, it’s the truth. There is a beginning and ending date for Daniel’s 70 week prophecy and it’s a continuous 490 year period. No breaks in between.

Isaiah 61:2. Luke 4:18,19.

Notice a HUGE difference, phil? More than 2,000 years has separated that verse into TWO parts. Don’t tell me God cannot separate HIS prophecy times.

If the Restrainer of the Antichrist is the Holy Spirit/Body of Christ, why wouldn’t Paul have just said it as a fact and written it out?

On the other hand if he had written that it was the Roman State that may have meant even more persecution of Christians. That’s probably why he didn’t just come right out and write it down in his letters.

Big problem is that neither of those texts you just posted are prophetic day for a year time periods.

“I am promising every single person on this thread that you are going to die of old age or hit by a moose or anyting but there will be no rapture in your lifetime”

What’s funny is Scripture says that people would say the exact same thing as you, Luke 17:27 and you may very well be right, but to promise something that by your own words you don’t know either “Jesus will come like a thief in the night.” is approaching extreme hypocrisy don’t you think?

“stop hoping that catastrophic things happen. For goodness sake”

It’s not hoping partner it’s and absolute fact that it’s going to happen, it’s just when it will happen.

“And some of you will be disappointed?”

If you followed the Scriptures you would be disappointed too because we are to have that very hope of Christ coming for His bride and leaving this life of sin, death, and pain.

“That’s completely insane, you know right? :-)”

You know right that you are speaking as someone that don’t believe that being with Christ Jesus to be better than anything we could ever imagine here.

“Jesus never had in mind people waiting around desperately staring at the sky hoping for him to come again.”

Poor Paul he had it all wrong, Phil 1:23, he admitted to just how good it was going to be in the presence of the Lord. Lott was tortured by the sin he seen, 2 Peter 2:8. My friend I don’t know what you are seeing in the world, but while I may not being seeing what Lott seen it can’t be far because it tortures me seeing these poor children being taught that homosexuality is just perfectly normal.

You are entitled to your opinion, but from my seat you are not taking Scriptures very seriously and you are seeing the sin of “young people” as simply immature and not as behavior that will condemn them to hell forever.

If you have a better seat than me please tell me where because my family and I will be moving within the year.

Paul DID say. He told them that THEY KNEW what was holding “that day” back. Read 2 Thess. 2:3-8. Especially verse 7.

“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, UNTIL HE BE TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY.”

v.8: “AND THEN shall that wicked one be revealed”...

So who is the “he” that will be taken out if the way so that the wicked one can be tevealed?

Eph.2:15. “...for to make in himself one new MAN, so making peace.”

What is this One New Man? The Church the Body of Christ.

It’s very simple if you just compare Scripture with scripture.

Once the HE (the Body of Christ) is removed (raptured) the wicked one (the antichrist) will be revealed.

the 70 week prophecy is a part of the 2300 year prophecy and starts at the same time. It cannot be separated.

“- The word determined here actually means “cut off”. This 70 weeks are cut off from, or begin at the same time as, the larger 2300 day (year) prophecy of Dan 8:14, which has as it’s focus the cleansing of the sanctuary in heaven, the beginning of Judgment. So both the 70 week (490 year) and the 2300 day (year) prophecy begin at the same date. Note that you can not arbitrarily apply the year for a day principle in one case and not another, you must remain consistent. Dan 8:26 strongly hints that the 2300 day prophecy in verse 14 is not just 2300 days, but many days more than it literally indicates. This would also support using year instead of day.”

Paul did not say specifically WHO or WHAT in print. He told the early church verbally and it was not included in his letters in print.
