Brothers, pray for us. Pray that the Lord’s teaching will continue to spread quickly. And pray that people will give honor to that teaching, just as happened with you. Pray also that we may be rescued from evil and wicked people. For not everyone has faith. Still, the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and protect you from the Evil One. We also have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you are doing and will continue to do what we are telling you. May the Lord continue to direct your hearts to God’s love and Christ’s patient endurance. (2 Thess. 3:1-5

Blessed are You LORD GOD, and blessed be Your HOLY NAME. You alone are GOD, and it is our Joy to honor You. Thank you Dear LORD, that You are our Protector, our Shield, our Strength, our Assurance, our Blessed Hope, our Redeemer, our King, and our God and Father, who cares for us, and whose faithfulness to us has no equal and no rival. Thine is the KINGDOM, and the POWER, and the GLORY, NOW and forever, AMEN.

Dear LORD, we read the words of Paul, who had no reservation in asking those he was writing to to pray for them. He understood the power and effectual importance of praying people on his and his fellow workers behalf. We LORD, follow his lead, and we stand in prayer for President Trump and Vice President Pence. Dear LORD, they may have support from the Republican Party, and they may have a following from those who deem themselves conservative and constitutionalists, but the fact of the matter is, not all men HAVE FAITH. It is our blessed privilege to be joined together on this page in YOUR GREAT NAME, to pray for them. WE BELIEVE, and YOU ARE FAITHFUL. Dear LORD, we pray that they will be established in YOU, not shaken, not given to fear, but with patient endurance, fight the good fight of faith for the heart of our Country, our families, our churches, our freedoms, and our good. Rescue them from evil and wicked people who are bent on their destruction, and LORD protect them from the evil one. YOU ARE GOD. Amen.

Dear LORD, we lay before YOU the heart of our Country: our Children and our Children’s Children. These, Precious Savior, are the future of our Nation, the blessing of our unions with each other as husband and wife. LORD, throughout Your Word we read over and over again of Your concern and heart for the children, for the next generation, and for the generations to come. OH GOD, this world, and its minions are trying to steal the very core of our future and our hope by stealing their souls through empty promises and evil intents. These other ones who “have no faith” or love for our country, are in deep conflict with the ways of the Lord are not established in You. This leaves our children very vulnerable, especially if they were not brought up in godly homes with firm foundations to guide them or to call them back when they stray. Help them please. Set our children upon a ROCK, so as the winds and waves of tumultuous times are happening, they will not fall. Direct them, as only You can, by ways that only You know will be established and made strong and solid, to Your Great and Divine Love, and the Patient, Faithful, and Unflinching Endurance that comes from a union with Christ and the Power of the Holy Spirit. Please hear our prayer for them.

Dear LORD, what better way to end this prayer today than with the final words of the letter to the Thessalonians: We pray that the Lord of peace will give you peace at all times and in every way. May the Lord be with all of you . . . May our Lord Jesus Christ show all of you His grace. In His Precious and Wonderful Name, Amen.

Lord, you granted me an occasion to speak today with a distraught mother whose college age son's mind has been poisoned by the children of darkness. O Lord, it is the prayer of this Your servant that the words spoke nto her were Your words, and that she will find direction and hope. In Jesus' name, amen
