Almighty Father,
Strong to save, hear our prayer for the United States and our allies.

We confess that our country’s rampant sin and lawlessness has rendered us unworthy; for the sake of those who dwell in unrepentence among us, we intercede with sorrow and prayers for their spiritual salvation, Lord.

But for the sake of the remnant of the faithful in America, and to restore our national health, strength and purpose as a reflection of the true Light of the World, we pray to You, Father, for Your intercession in the threat of corona virus, influenza, and panic.

Lord God, we humbly invoke your Divine guidance on our President and his Administration, especially his virus task force leader Vice President Pence, viral disease consultant Dr. Deborah Birx, HHS Secretary Alex Azar, and all leaders of the Administration’s response to this virus.

We lift up every American at home and abroad for Your special intervention regards the virus, and pray that Your protection extends to every U.S. ally around the world.

We thank You for the Administration’s outreach and facilitation of cooperation between all relevant agencies, HHS, NIH, CDC and FDA, and also to the Governors of each state and relevant business leaders, having together rolled out testing protocols and resources to state and university laboratories and large commercial labs. We pray for effectiveness from every member of these organizations, as well as those in all health facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, and biotech development sites, all diagnosis and treatment personnel, including doctors, physician assistants, nurses, aides, office staff, EMT responders and health inspectors. Remove fear and hesitation from them and extend Divine and practical protection wherever needed, Lord.

We pray for the safety, efficiency, effectiveness and rapid responses of our American manufacturers of equipment and supplies, as well as for the supply chains in other countries, to meet the Administration's goal of 1.5 million test kits broadly available in weeks, including also masks, sanitizers and wipes. Thwart price-gouging and panic among Your people, Lord, as You supply our needs according to Your plan.

Lord, we pray Your protection over our border agents, immigration workers, airline and port personnel and quarantine workers; give them courage and Divine immunity as they perform their roles in screening incomers. May the President’s amended travel protocols help our nation to avoid pandemic; and may this crisis strengthen public support for strong borders, as well as the President's warnings of the national security risks of excessive globalization.

Bring healing according to Your Will to all those exposed, especially to children and senior citizens. Father God, for the quelling of panic and manipulation, please protect the families of the several Americans who have died, and the approximately 100 who have contracted coronavirus, from exploitation by political operatives and the media. Give hope and new market plans for American businesses disrupted by this outbreak.

May all political leaders seeking to exploit this crisis against the President put their funding initiatives and true concern for public health where their mouths are. We pray for bipartisan cooperation for the common good, dear Lord.

Increase timely practical knowledge and reduce fear in all organizations where vulnerable citizens may gather, including churches, schools, day care facilities, eldercare residences, meeting halls, public transport, stores, gyms and recreation sites.

And we ask Your special attention and relief for the hotspots of infection here and around this interconnected world, including Seattle, New York, Italy, Korea and China. May there be robust cooperation between nations, and most importantly a harvest of new believers and increased faith among those who pray to the Great Physician, Comforter and Healer as their source of defense.

FATHER, we are blessed that You heard our prayers
and presented a warrior to fight for us.

We also ask, Sir, that only effective, quality tests, vaccines and treatments be released and that medical personnel would have your skill in using them.

Thank You, Sir, for the authority of Your children against sickness and infirmity and for the number that have taken their stand against this particular form. Thank You, Jesus, for bearing all sickness and infirmity on Your body and redeeming Your children from its curse.
