These are the actual online verses from the above website.
This is referencing Kolob:

9 And thus there shall be the reckoning of the time of one planet above another, until thou come nigh unto Kolob, which Kolob is after the reckoning of the Lord’s time; which Kolob is set nigh unto the throne of God, to govern all those planets which belong to the same order as that upon which thou standest.

10 And it is given unto thee to know the set time of all the stars that are set to give light, until thou come near unto the throne of God.

Note: Vs 11-15 are not here. Continuing on 16:

16 If two things exist, and there be one above the other, there shall be greater things above them; therefore Kolob is the greatest of all the Kokaubeam that thou hast seen, because it is nearest unto me.

It is hard to teach someone about Christianity if you do not talk to them.

Very true.

That would be pretty good talking if he could convert an Imam to LDS.

I wish him luck, but the more likely outcome would be the further spread of Islam and more violent, intolerant Muslims in your midst clamoring for special rights and privileges, committing more crime than their numbers would statistically suggest. And all the while they would be struggling to convert your children and criminals to their faith.

Yes, in case you didn’t know Islam is the natural religion for the criminal mind. Prisons are the a perfect place for the proselytizing Muslim.

The BoM says God is eternal. In Joseph Smith’s King Follett Discourse he says God isnt.

And yes snobbery can afflict anyone, but my main point in that post was that the LDS Church is a works based religion. One way that’s seen is only certain members are Temple Worthy.

Are you saying it would be better not to talk?

Before we begin, let us discuss your beliefs.

I make no secret of mine.

I am a sinner saved by grace, through the sin sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the only begotten Son of the living God, the Creator of the Universe. (John 1:1)

He was born of a virgin through the power of the Holy Ghost, lived a sinless life, and was murdered, crucified upon a crucifix, as a perfectly sinless holy sacrifice to pay for all of the sins of men upon this earth.

If I am to repeat an old course of research, dig out books, pull up old files from another computer and then retype or cut and past and post, this will take enough time that I am unwilling to do this without a good reason.

So, before I begin,
Are you, have you ever been, or have you been raised, a member of the LDS Church, often known as the Mormons?

I...think... I want to know where the ‘residence of God’ actually is. What you quoted here seems to all be in relation to ‘space/time’.

In my personal, non-denominational awareness of *things*, God is eternal and infinite; and completely beyond human comprehension; beyond notions of things like ‘space’ and ‘time’.

The closest we can come to Him is through our subjective experiences of Love, Beauty, Awe.

(Maybe Mormons are sort of like modern-day Gnostics who have no real background, but have the ability to inspire individuals to levels of *Understanding*.)

Have you any beliefs? About God, the universe, man, purpose, creation, etc.?

If so, where did they come from?

“So, before I begin,

Even though I think you are just sidestepping the question, and after sitting through you statement of faith, I will answer.

Yes

P.S. Your answer so far has taught me a bunch, now for the rest of what you teach about yourself.
Back to your unanswered answer!!

Oh Yes, I do.

I just don’t have any issues with people who have found those same things by following different paths.

Sodomites comprise only about two to three percent of the population of any country so it is truly amazing what tremendous power they wield in Western nations.

It would be better not to talk unless you are very well prepared with in depth knowledge of the Muslim religion and its history.

You must also be a skilled apologist for your own religion.

And be very well prepared to say NO to any request the Muslim may make of you.

They both have completely erroneous theologies.

Sorry, there is NO reward for works in the Christian faith. Jesus paid it all, as the song says.

“NO reward for works in the Christian faith”

In old time gospel music, a great protestant teaching tool, I remember something about “will there be stars in my crown”

I am thinking today of that beautiful land
I shall reach when the sun goeth some
When through wonderful grace by my Savior I stand
Will there be any stars in my crown?

Will there be any stars, any stars in my crown
When at evening the sun goeth down
When I wake with the blessed in the mansions of rest
Will there be any stars in my crown?

___ _
Are these good Christian folks wrong about rewards for good works being given in the afterlife?

They both also don’t have a problem with many wives... and very young wives at that.

Who knows, maybe Romney is aiming to become god of this planet after all, and he temporarily desires islamic “moon god” support.

In the vastness of his brain, don’t put it past him.

I mean, what if Romney were to run as a Democrat moderate, and pick a Gabby?

Not saying he would win, but it would make things interesting in several ways.

There are several books out there on how to proselytize to Muslims.

If you intend to extend the hand of salvation to Muslims I would suggest reading several.

But be aware that if you are successful you may condemn that person to death. But his soul would have been saved.

But you yourself could be in danger as well. It is considered a crime against Allah to convert a Muslim punishable by death.

Yea .... that is anti-mormon fake news.

“Kolob” is described in the Book of Abraham as the planet which is nearest to the throne of God the Eternal Father. Many LDS speculate that Kolob likely a star at the Center of the Milky-Way Galaxy.

I had always heard that both the Hebrew name for God, Elohim, and the Arab name for God, Allah both come from ‘El’ which is an ancient Childean? name for God.
