9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Heavenly Father, thank You for giving Your Son the Lamb for us and for all that You've revealed to us in Your Word, including Your warnings to us on sin and Your instruction on Your good and acceptable and perfect will for us. Help us to know You and Your Son and Your Holy Spirit better through our study of Your Word. Bless our reading of it, help us to understand it, make it fruitful in us and through us, and help us especially in studying this book of Revelation that You've given us. And strengthen Your Church, including all of Your missionaries, pastors and church leaders, and all those being persecuted for Your Son's name, including in North Korea, China, Africa and Muslim lands, and Christians here who have paid a price for not compromising on Your Word, and keep Chinese leaders from corrupting Your Word in Chinese-language Bibles and help believers in North Korea and China, including children, to know You and meet in the truth of Your Word. Help us also as we face living in this time and place which is more and more rejecting Your Son and in which evil is so often called good and good evil, lies are called true and the truth called lies, and false accusers abound, as Satan's temporary grip on this world is increasing, and in which coldness is growing in many churches and those with the spirit of the tare and the spirit of the hireling so often have the loudest voices. Help us also to take the beam out of our own eye before trying to remove the mote from the eyes of others and to follow Your direction on how we are to live each day, not depending on our own sight or own understanding or own strength but on You; help us to be the salt and light that we should be, and to be thankful and trusting You in all circumstances, for how things are, and have been, and will be; give us a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit; and help, too, our leaders in the world, including the Trumps and Pences, and help our nation also so that many hearts here turn back to You and many more souls are saved. We also pray for those possessed or oppressed by demons, those oppressed by man, the falsely accused and falsely convicted, those who serve and protect others, the poor and the homeless, and those addicted to substances. And also help and protect children who are being abused and children in the womb and those fighting to protect them. In the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

I have often pondered the thought that God would send His tiniest little angel, dressed in diapers, to come out of the crowd and kick that old “slewfoot” right into the fiery caldron with just one little baby kick to thunderous roar of applause from all the crowd in Heaven. Obviously, there’s no scripture for any of that, but God has a way of doing things to emphasize His greatness.

AND KNOW the Gospel of Grace as stated in 1 Corinthians 15: verses 1-4. This is the Gospel of Grace by which we are saved. Paul clearly tells us we shall be saved by his Gospel of Grace:

1 "Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand.

2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.

3 For I delivered to you as of first importance which I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures.

4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.

THIS is how we are saved!! We confess to the LORD by mouth (Romans 3:23-24), confessing we know the Gospel of Grace. It is clearly revealed to us by Ephesians 2: verses 8 and 9:

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourself, it is the gift of God!!

9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast!!

(all emphasis throughout are mine).

So, here, clearly Paul is telling us what verses tells us what we must know to be saved. In Romans Chapter 3: verses 22-25, further reveals to us our saving grace:

22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction

23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.(all emphasis herein mine)

Paul further tells us that we shall be judged by PAUL'S gospel, that same Gospel written in 1 Corinthians 15, verses 1 thru 4. We all must believe, confess with our mouth, know why we believe and confess. There a way, way too many people who think they must do something to be saved. There are churches who tell their people what they must do to be saved, and that is to do something, whatever their something, is!! Multi-millions of people in cults, false religions, well known so called Christian "faiths" shout works!!! WRONG, wrong, wrong!!! It is a GIFT OF GOD. Just simply confess with your mouth and believe. None of us knows all the Bible. We all have shortcomings when we confess and become Believers. I use the word Believers now instead of Christian, because way too many so called "faiths" calling themselves Christian, are leading people astray. Sad.

Amen sister, amen. BUT, the huge problem is that all these so-called denominations keep telling their people that they MUST DO SOMETHING to be saved. I.E., you must be baptized. You must join our church and go by our rules. You must do this you must do that. It is all about DO, DO, DO. But THE Book makes it CLEAR that all you must DO, is BELIEVE!!! That is what Ephesians makes clear in Chap 2. It is all about FAITH.

As my favorite Bible teacher on the boob tube says, "Faith plus NOTHING." Just believe and do nothing else. Nothing!!! That is what seems to be so hard for people to believe. They think they have to do something. They cannot believe that God could give us something free. Screws with their minds. People think they always have to do something. It is a shame they simply cannot do something, but it is called listen, and learn, and BELIEVE.

The last I read in an article, there were something like 1400 different protestant denominations in Christendom. How the heck can we have that many denominations out of just one simple Book called the Bible, the Holy Scriptures? People have been tacking on stuff for 2,000 years or more. If everyone would have just followed Paul's epistles, there would have been no problems all these years. But, man got involved. And because of man, that is what this Book was all about. The reason God had to write it. Because of man and his foul ups. Cults that mislead people. Sadly the two largest cults have over 3 to 4 billion people being miss-leaded all over the planet for these 2,000 years also. Have faith. See ya.
