Here is the actual warning that needs to go out to "believers":

The peace and safety of settled belief and practice (big religion) is what is about to be vaporized. See July 16, 1945. What's in a name, for starters.

Consensus and conformity are the worst demons to oust because people are absolutely convinced of their need. Ironically, followers are also convinced that they independently arrived at their own conclusions [that just happen to be in lockstep with everyone else in the group]. Well that's because the slick teachers present convincing selected proof texts for "validation". Or they draw upon tradition that must never change because only troublemaking subversives would try something like that. Everyone is warned to be on alert for those who are out to crash the system, er "destroy the faith".

Never mind the big red flag -- those other experts who also reasoned amongst themselves, concluding something entirely different. "Good scholars" disagree all the way to the outer darkness, where there is a weeping a gnashing of teeth. It's the same 'hood they chose to create and inhabit in this world, so what's the complaint.

America ended the war by going nuclear on Japan. Sadly, it was the only way to make the Japanese see the light.

As the terrible calamity of 9-11 overtook, shocked and stunned our nation, so also will be the commencement of horrific events that are due to transpire in that terrible time called “The Day of the Lord.”

All stripped back to basics, in order to start from scratch. A new day. That's the horror brought by the real Jesus of the Bible, the simple Can-Do man with the simple plan to rebuild on the proper foundation. A simple set of instructions only works for a moral people. The last thing the established order wants is fresh air and sunlight. The living parable playing out on the political scene is "Orange man bad."

The Messiah's visage has been so marred that he no longer resembles a man. More like something from a comic book or Greek mythology. Who is expecting the down-to-earth compassionate fellow who walks around helping and healing, always with knowledge and sage advice about sailing, fishing, gardening, farming, tending sheep and so forth, teaching the simple virtue and reward of loving ones fellow man even if you don't like that particular man. Oh, and don't forget to use sunblock if you're going to be outside for a while.

He's the Jesus of the Bible. How many will recognize him, and what will they be minded to do if they do recognize him, or his followers? Can't have those types running loose.

Elijah returned as John -- same kind of problem. History is prophecy -- it repeats because people don't learn from history.

The "rapture" is for student pilots who keep the seats warm in the class, unaware that they are expected to learn how to fly. The classroom gets ripped off its foundations in a hurricane and then everyone is washed out to sea. The graduates flew off to safety ahead of time.

There is a line in the Holy Bible, no man shall know.

Considering what a poor job you have done of quoting Scripture, your scorn and derision are well explained.

Jesus gave us warning signs to know if we were at the end of the age.

What He said, however, was that no one would know the hour or day, not that we would not know the approximate time.

He gave us enough information to judge the general time.

You'll get on further if you are more accurate in your portrayal of Scripture, as opposed to your derision, as a know it all.

What "derision"?

He delays for the same reason He always has. In His great mercy He waits for the fullness of the harvest to be brought in.

Yes, you're absolutely right.

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9

When I see the wickedness increasing exponentially as it is, my reaction is what I initially posted. How much longer Lord? The other day, I was drinking my morning coffee and reading a news article about Brexit. To the left of the screen was an article about a puppy. So I clicked it.

The story was absolutely horrific. A woman tied the puppy's jaws shut, and bound his little paws. On camera, she tortured the puppy. She put a lit cigarette out in his little eye, blinding him, and then snapped his paws to break his bones - all on camera.

I almost wept.

How long Lord?

No, the world cannot end right now. It will nd in God's timing and H has given us a timeline. Inthe very near future HE WILL SNATCH AWAY THOSE IN CHRIST. Then seven years of hell on Earth happen. Then Christ descends with His Bride and splits the Mount of Olives, cleans up the mess seven years of sata ic rules has left. Then Jesus begins 1000 years of His rule over the planet, etc.

If you don't want to know these things about your future, it is a strong indication you are unprepared for what GOD has said is coming.

And He will continue to delay until The Church The Body of Christ is complete. When the last believer is baptized BY the Holy Spirit INTO The Body, our commission to preach the reconciliation spoken of in 2 Cor.,Chapter 2 will be complete. The dispensation of the GRACE of God will be Re-placed by the Kingdom GOSPEL promised to Israel to fulfill the remainder of prophecy and the return of Jesus Christ and His Millennial Reign.

Whoever wrote this doesn’t know the basics of the Bible

“The exact phrase “Day of the Lord” is mentioned twenty-eight times throughout the two books. “

There are 72 books in the Bible not “two books”

The Old Testament and the New Testament are collections of books on their own

The Kingdom of the Lord is already here - as the Church of the Pentecost - in orthodoxy - and has been serving the Lord and celebrating the divine liturgy in conjunction with the angels in heaven since the Pentecost

Mogger is correct - the folks who preach the pre-Trib Rapture are in the line of Millerites, Jehovah’s Witnesses etc. - sensationalists who misread the Bible.

The book of the revelation chapters 2 to 19 talk of the destruction of earthly Jerusalem and the destruction of the 2nd Temple. This is JUST as Jesus spoke about in Matthew that the temple would be destroyed.

Jesus told His followers to run to the hills - and the Christians did that during the seige of Jerusalem (67 to 70 AD) and ran to the hill side town of Pellas and lived - not one Christ-follower died.

The book fo Revelations talks of the new Babylon - the city that crucified the Lord, the city in the line of Egypt and Sodom whose streets were filled with the blood of the saints as Jersualem of 69 AD (not the Jerusalem of today). It spoke of the judgement of the harlot-city of Jerusalem-of-69AD that rode upon the beast (the roman empire) that eventually devoured and burnt Jerusalem.

This same beast was thought dead when the Julio-Claudian dynasty died with Nero (Nero who was the anti-Christ, whose name spelt out 666) - Nero the 6th horn/king (Caesar, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, Nero) to be followed by the 7th “king”, Galba who reigned but a short time

This fear mongering has worked in the pre-Trib rapture groups since the 1800s. It’s fake and non-biblical.

The Rapture concept misreads Thessalonians - Paul wrote to the Thessalonian Christians because they were worried about those who died before Christ’s return. They were worried that dead Christ-believers before 69 AD had lost out on the chance of physical resurrection.

Paul assures them that it was not so and says that “the dead in Christ will rise first” to meet Christ.

Rapturos make a point of “we will meet the Lord in the air” foregetting that Paul uses the word “aer” - the Greek word for atmosphere and that Christ returns TO EARTH.

The Rap people try to talk about “Jesus coming on the clouds” forgetting that this is a symbol like in the book of Apocalypse 19:11 that Jesus will be seated upon a symbol.

The Coming on clouds is the symbolism from Daniel 7 about the Divine.

Furthermore parousia, epiphaneia and apokalupsis are used in the Bible interchangeably

Furthermore the very verse from Paul talks of “eternity beginning immediately after “and so we shall always be with the Lord” - so no 7 year Tribulation.

The signs of the End seem to be all around us: greed, violence, outright rejection of the Truth and reason, hatred of the Jewish people and Israel, transgender madness, homosexual perversion celebrated

This was all there in 69 AD - and this was all there during the Holocaust - and this was all there during the Muslim sacking of Constantinople etc. etc.

nope, the 7 years Tribulation is non-biblical. Paul specifically says that eternity will begin after the 2nd coming. No 7 year trib.

So you don't believe in the pre-tribulation rapture, you oppose Brexit, and you don't think the EU is a globalist organization.

Got it.

The Bible says there is no such thing as the 7 years tribulation.

Daniel speaks very clearly of how his visions end with the destruction of the 2nd temple in Jerusalem.

Do you have any doubts about that? If you dispute what I wrote in my post above about it, feel free to ask away

The folks who believe in the secret rapture and seem to point out to today’s disasters don’t think of the disasters of the past that were more akin to the horrific disasters we associate.

The WTC was horrific, but nothing compared to the Mongols slaughter or the genocide of Christians by Timur-e-Lang

Jesus promised us that we will suffer - not some optimistic prosperity gospel but the facts — we must “deny outselves and take up our cross daily” - Luke 9:23,

The end-of-ages events of 70 AD with the end of the Jewish world and the destruction of the “world” the 2nd Temple led to a complete rethink of the Jewish faith — the old 2nd Temple faith revolving around the temple with its sacrifices etc. disappeared and with it died the Sadducees and the Zealots.

Only two Jewish sects survived:

1. the Jesus-followers - the future Christianity in all its forms.
2. the followers of the Pharisees and to a large extent of Yohann ben Zakkai who argued that the faith could persist without the sacrifices but revolving around synagogues and Rabbis. this is modern Judaism in all its forms

“9/11” will always be remembered as one of the most horrific and catastrophic events ever in U.S. history.

Yeah.

About 3000 people got killed.

ABORTION kills that many EVERY day!

A million a year times eighteen years is 18,000,000.

And we are angry at ISLAM??
