ADF says court 'narrowly' interpreted 2018 Supreme Court decision
The Washington Supreme Court has again ruled against Christian grandma florist Barronelle Stutzman who faces the risk of crippling fines for refusing to create floral arrangements for a same-sex wedding.
The state’s highest court unanimously upheld its 2017 decision, leaving Stutzman on the hook to pay thousands in legal fees for violating the state’s non-discrimination law that protects on the basis of sexual orientation.
The U.S. Supreme Court vacated the Washington court’s 2017 decision last June and sent the case back to the court for further consideration in light of the court’s 7-2 ruling in favor of Colorado Christian baker Jack Phillips. Phillips was accused of violating Colorado’s discrimination law for refusing to bake a cake for a same-sex wedding.
The Supreme Court asked the Washington high court to consider whether or not there was any animus against the florist’s religious beliefs when the lower courts ruled against Stutzman previously.
The court found in Phillips’ case that the Colorado government did display religious hostility to the baker’s Christians beliefs on marriage and sexuality.

I don’t know of a single nation we are planning to invade. That said, I’d vote to invade Mexico tomorrow. Like someone else said here recently, Mexico isn’t a country, it’s just a place that has a flag and a seat at the UN.
The Supremes have been soft-tossing cases back to the states, not wanting to write rulings, instead asking the lower courts to reconsider and ponder a while.
The lower courts are slow learners.
How does the recent Baker’s SC win not apply to this? Why is it Roe vs Wade is the only SC ruling we are all supposed to abide by?
The leftists courts deny 2A rights and endorse gay “rights” when there is no mention in the Constitution of rights for fringe groups like gays, LBGFQWERTY+P, Nazis,kkk, etc to be catered to by anyone.
How come they lose but the restaurant that kicked out Sarah Sanders is alive and kicking
because leftists unite around their causes and conservatives let people and causes dangle.
What is the problem I don’t get this with Bakers and florists.
If I was the florist I would make the most miserable floral arrangements if I was the baker I would make the ugliest looking cake and that would end it

It’s stupid and wrong. If a private business wants to refuse service to anyone for any reason,that’s their choice (even though I may be personally offended) especially if others have similar products. This is not government of the people, this is dominating the people.
It's the nature of the beast. collectivists of the fascist left live in herds and follow a single leader without question. Individualists, the right, are solitary creatures going about their own business, even under the threat of being defeated. The right needs a strong leader to rally the cause for their rights. Most (Republican) politicians supposedly standing for the individual are eunuchs.
