The colonoscopy revealed, Praise the Lord, a mild irritation of the large intestine that would quickly right itself. But I would not have known about the fact that I needed, in all due haste, to reembark on a journey that my physical being had walked so perilously and nearly to the point of death nearly six years ago. Mark my words, beloved FReeper FRiends: if a physician looks to be trying to toss your medical file into a cabinet after they have irritably jammed it into the armpit of their white coat, glared at you as you lie in a hospital bed in torment and spitefully state that "I cannot think 'outside the box'"... it's time to send out the word to your Prayer Warriors, grab the phone and call who the Lord leads you to, and get to that doctor with a full copy of that file in-hand of a loved one or designated caretaker. Rest assured, Jesus will not allow the dust to settle on the ground where your truck spun its tires until you get exactly where He wants you to be and in the best care.
The Lord came through for me in 2013; He DIDN'T allow it to end there. This doctor eventually placed me into the care of a colleague of his that knew of the technology to right my life-threatening digestive issue. And again, on the 7th of March--but this time without having to tread that treacherous and terrifying path of misery, pain and realization of impending demise that I feared I would face before, I received a second precious gift of life that I truly know that my gracious and merciful Lord means to sustain my mortal body until His Triumphant Shout I (and all know have received Him as both Savior and Lord) will so very soon hear as He descends from Heaven.
Thank You, Jesus, oh Dear Precious Lord, thank You.
(Oh, and China, I'm thinking you might've not thought things all the way through with a lunar dark-side landing...it's my personal belief (with research to back it up) that God purposed the Moon to be a catch-all to dangerous chunks of rocky space travelers there). ;-(

I have a condition that a dedicated physician is trying to figure out. He has set a small army of fellow physicians in motion to analyze and identify the issue. Remember me and my family in your prayers.
It’s lent and a very interesting(+) time to be alive. But our GOD is real!
God Bless You, and thank you for sharing your timely tale. I learned last Thursday, that my youngest son, age 48, will have to undergo resection surgery sometime in the near future. They found four polyps in his large intestine, one of them cancerous. I’ve had my own bouts with abdominal surgery for a perforated bowel, which required a temporary colostomy, and then reconnection three months later. My son’s gastroenterologist mentioned laparoscopic surgery, but I know in the end, the decision is up to the surgeon. I just pray that they can do the surgery whatever way is best, and that there are no complications prior, during, or after it takes place. In the meantime, all I can do it wait and pray.
