Michael Voris talks to Henry Sire
On the latest episode of Mic'd Up, Michael Voris interviews Henry Sire, the author of the thoroughly researched book The Dictator Pope.
When asked about the impact of the explosive testimony of Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò, Sire answers that Pope Francis is a "completely extraordinary man for the cardinals to have chosen," adding, "If they'd known what sort of man he was, they wouldn't have voted for him."
He continues, "The thing is, we've had this extraordinary situation covered up by the media who've promoted him as this great reformer which he isn't at all. And really, the extraordinary thing is that nobody should have spoken out about this before."

Sure they would have.

The Holy Spirit knew what kind of man he was so what/who guided them in their process?
“The Holy Spirit knew what kind of man he was so what/who guided them in their process?”
They didnn’t do due diligence.
He raised up through the ranks of the CoC.
They knew exactly who he was and what he would do.
They just didn’t expect the sheeple to figure it out so quick.
“If they’d known what sort of man he was, they wouldn’t have voted for him.”

You mean, a child molesting queer?
A South American Jesuit. What could possibly go wrong?
It may be a case of buyers remorse from those who purchased the votes.
As a faithful Papist, I believe the Holy Spirit is chastising his Church through Francis papacy. The mystics and apparitions going back 400 years attest to this
Isn’t choosing a Pope all about knowing the man? They knew him. They liked his stupid, God-less social justice gurglings. I grew up a Catholic and even as a schoolboy I percieved a softness and a weakness in the Church. I was also suspicious of all the Vatican Two crap as well.
Exactly.
Oh they knew.
Anyone with even a passing reading of the Marxist Liberation philosophy of the Latin America Jesuits (for starters) could have seen this train wreck coming.
They had to know. He is and was one of them. The College of Cardinals is a very closed group. They all know what everyone else in their group is doing and what kind of persons they each are.
From where comes this papolatry, this notion suddenly beloved by liberals that the Holy Spirit chooses the Pope? Are even two-thirds the Cardinals in a state of grace, let alone consumed by the Holy Spirit? Did the Holy Spirit choose Alexander VI? Honorius? Formosus? Boniface VI?
The Holy Spirit prevents the Bishop of Rome from declaring as infallible that which is heresy. Not the Bishop of Kansas, like some anti-Vatican II quacks might hold. (Nor have I ever seen where the coadjutor of Rome is blessed with this gift.)
Yeah, right, sure....that’s the ticket!
“I was also suspicious of all the Vatican Two crap as well.”
Don’t know how old you are, but I am old enough that I vaguely and briefly remember pre VCII days.
They ruined the church with that, and the destruction only continues.
Yes, the RC church has been good about holding the line on many things, but they are yet another self-destroyed Western Civ. Institution.
Indeed, if the pope is individually selected by the Holy Spirit, there’s no need for a secret Conclave of Cardinals. Simply draw straws or set up a computer algorithm or pick names out of a hat. The Spirit can work thru those methods just as well. As with certain lightening bolts, many Catholics are on the goofy side of the fine line of superstition.
