Heavenly Father –

We praise You, Lord, for Your Spirit has moved mightily among our people when we have turned to You during times of peril. Turning points in our history. Before the Revolutionary War. Before the Civil War.

Now, at this critical crossroads of deep division, may we turn to You, again, with all our heart.. For You are infinite in Your mercies. Gracious. Forgiving all who trust in You. And we lay our petitions before You, Lord.

Protect President Trump. Fill him with Your Spirit. Grant him Your Wisdom. Give him courage, discernment, and strength. Deliver him from the treachery of the enemy within.

Bless and keep Judge Kavanaugh and his family as they are under horrific attacks on all fronts. Like Joseph in Egypt, wrongly accused of rape by Potiphar’s wife, may what is meant for evil be turned to good.

May Your Provident hand move the heart of voters in the 2018 mid-term elections. May our elections be protected from fraud and meddling.

Give Your people spiritual discernment. Spark revival in our hearts. Ignite another Great Awakening in our land.

We come before you to pray for our senators, as they consider the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh....Help senators to think clearly and justly on this nomination instead of the outside forces pressuring them to act for other personal interests...We pray Your will and purposes over what is happening...In faith, we stand confident that You are in control and will frustrate the enemy’s plans at every turn.

Let not those who hate justice prevail in their schemes to stop Judge Kavanaugh from being Confirmed and Seated. ....Derail those who use their voice and power to attack and destroy so that your truth and justice reign.....
