Father God,

In this holy season, let us praise You and fall on our knees in gratitude for all that You have done for us, your lowly servants here on earth.

You came as a newborn to a shed smelling of the animals who ate, slept and laid waste there, to the witness of animal herders; and yet they were surrounded by the brilliant sight and heavenly voices of Your angels.

You came through a miracle to a devout young couple who trusted the visitation of Your angels, telling them their situation, giving the appearance of sin yet uniquely pure—in all the world, in all time—was anointed by God. Through hardship, they trusted You.

Men of high position came in faith to the shed to worship the Child Whom they had prophesied.

Father, You came as a mortal in our world of sin and shame to save us from ourselves, who are as common as dirt—like animals compared to Your unfathomable glory, as dirtied by sin as the shepherds who slept rough in fields trodden muddy by cloven hoofs.

Like Mary, like Joseph, like the Magi and the shepherds, so may we be drawn forward by faith.

We take joy in this season, knowing that You have given our nation and the Holy Land another chance at revival, gracious Father.

May it come about in fullness, through the prayers of Your faithful. May the stains of sin in our nation be washed away by a great mass of believers gathering in obedience to Your Good News. May those who have not yet heard the Good News hear, and surrender to Your guidance.

Speak to our hearts, minds and souls, Father God.

Tell us Your will for our nation, our President and Vice President, our churches, families, schools, administrators, caregivers, first responders and military.

May we hear and obey.

Father God, we thank You for the wonderful gifts that You have given us - the invitation to fellowship with You. the opportunity to fellowship with other Christians, the opportunity to extend Your light and Your love.

Father God, we thank You for the protection You offer in our lives and the protection for the Trump administration.

Father God, we especially lift up Your servants who are being attacked and we lift up new baby Christians. Father God, we ask that You give them strength, wisdom, discernment, peace, healing and protection. We ask that they have victory In You.

Thank You for Your Providence over America and for giving us God fearing leaders in President Trump and Vice President Pence.

May Your protection be over the army of believers who have answered the call to fight for the soul of this nation. You, LORD are our ROCK, our FORTRESS, and our SAVIOR; You, GOD, are my ROCK, in Whom we find protection. You are my SHIELD, the Power that saves me, and my place of safety. (Psalm 18:2)

We put on the ARMOR of GOD and stand in the Promises of Psalm 91:
