Devin Kelley, an atheist and Air Force reject, a man who had been court-martialed and dishonorably discharged for assaulting his wife and child, entered the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs, Texas, on Sunday in full combat gear and cut down 26 Christians in cold blood and put another 20 in the hospital. Victims include eight members of one family and the pastors own 14-year-old daughter. The fill-in pastor was shot in the back as he made his way up to the pulpit.
Said Wilson County Sheriff Joe D. Tackitt, Jr, He (Kelley) just walked down the center aisle, turned around and my understanding was shooting on his way back out. Its unbelievable to see children, men, and women, laying there. Defenseless people.
While he once had been a Baptist Sunday School teacher, in recent months Kelley had taken to his Facebook page to post atheist screeds, calling believers in God stupid.
As he emerged from the church, he was confronted by a brave neighbor, Stephen Willeford, who shot him through a gap in his body armor. He then fled in an SUV, pursued by Willeford and another neighbor. When Kelley finally drove the SUV off the road and came to a stop, he either killed himself or bled out from the wound hed received from Willeford. The police showed up five to seven minutes later.
“The Archbishop of Cincinnati has forbidden firearms in all churches in the Archdiocese. I know people who carry anyway. His Excellency won’t know unless those guns have to be used. Maybe then he’ll recognize his error. “
His Mediocrity.
Sure, in the Presbycommunist Church USA. They are great on gun rights.
That would certainly be worth checking out.
“And Gods women are supposed to do what? Use a rolling pin?”
Those heroines would only do that to a sleeping husband.
And women.

Sounds like Jews in 1939 Germany. No guns, no fight back, no nothing. Just stand there and take it.

I don’t know what the communist front organizations such as you state are doing, but I do know that churches in this immediate area are now armed to the teeth during every service with sentries posted at key locations, doors locked to the outside, security cameras, ex-military combat vet members giving informal advice/training in what to do in an event, etc.
I never thought I would ever see the day that such actions would need to be taken to protect a church in America, but it sure looks like that time has arrived.

I rest my case.
It is good to carry everywhere.
Everywhere I can, all the time.
The Archbishop of Cincinnati has forbidden firearms in all churches in the Archdiocese.
Ditto, whoever's over the catholics of Chicago.

Ought to be carrying anyway, all the time. Condition YELLOW. Things can happen anywhere anytime, when you least expect it, even heading to or from.
I carry my Glock everywhere I go, including church.
Look for pressure to mount for ALL the churches to increase security measures, including CCW in states that have it. Look for even the Catholic Church in USA to cave.
