here is an interesting fact- that could play into the end times- Saddam thought he was the descendant of king Nebuchadnezzar, who was king of Babylon- Saddam had bricks made with an inscription about this to be used in the rebuilding of Babylon which he began, and which he poured billions into- He had money made with his image and the king’s image on it-
Saddam tried to buy the temple gate (the gate to the temple that was built in Babylon during the king’s reign) from the Germans who possess it- He wanted to rebuild the temple to the false god himself- they refused-
UNESCO took over the rebuilding project of Babylon and has been pouring money into it as well- and likely other nations will invest in it and it will be compelled rapidly at that point-

Edgar Weisanant was HOT...staked his personal and professional reputations on what he believed to be true. I hear only lukewarm on this forum. There are too many scriptures that tell us to be watchmen...that there is a crown of righteousness laid up for those who love the Lord and long for His appearing. At least the person who posted Edgar’s teachings has his mind on the things of the Lord. The purpose of Edgar’s writings was to be highly read and controversial, which they were, so as to put a spotlight on God’s holy feasts which hitherto fore had no attention by the mainline church.
Those Feasts opened a door of study that has been phenomenal and exciting...living water. I do have to correct the writer of this post about the Ezk 4:4 reference. I believe he didn’t interpret it correctly. When Ezekiel was told to lay on his right side for 390 days, a year for a day. That would have been 390 years. At the end of the period of judgment the House of Israel did not repent therefor according to Lev. 26:18 the judgement without repentance would be multiplied by 7. The House of Israel came under judgement when Syria captured them and scattered them throughout the Syrian empire in 721BC. Multiply 390x7=2730years. So the House of Israel stayed under the judement of being scattered to the nations and not knowing who she was until 2730yrs. - 721years =2009AD. In 2009 all the Gentile Christians began waking up to the Hebrew truths of the Christian faith and started knowing and understanding their true identity as the scattered Israelites from the House of Israel...Remember Jesus/Yahshua said he only came “for the lost sheep of the House of Israel.” Gentile means a man without covenant. Gal 3:28 says “if ye be in Christ ye are Abrahams seed.”

about the watchmen- The ‘thief in the night’ is, some commentators say, in reference to the unsaved who don’t know Christ is returning- to the saved, Christ tells us to watch and be prepared so that we are not overtaken ‘as by a thief in the night’- We may not know the day or the hour, but if we’re watching, we can know when it’s close I believe, and won’t be taken unawares as will be the unsaved
Very interesting post! The Falling away has and is occurring now, with so many churches falling into apostasy, like allowing unrepentant homosexuals to be pastors. The Man of Perdition still has to be revealed and I believe God wants to save those still coming into the fold, so we need to keep watching and waiting and faithfully working to share the gospel. Jesus did tell us to watch for signs of His coming and to look forward to His return, because this world is not our home. Keep looking up and thanks for your post!

I use Occam’s Razor for studying my Bible. Since the scientists who are studying the universe created by the author do so, and I believe we can learn about the spiritual from the physical world, why not?
Sure there are tons of spiritual insights I don’t know, but in my limited time I just pray for the truth and nothing but the truth. I’m getting to know Him that way.

Why do folks buy this bit about “but His feet don’t touch the ground, so it doesn’t count as the second coming...”?
I have not read in scripture where there is this third coming. Just saying.

Since that sign of the woman is currently found in the Fall, it would be a revelation to Christianity that Rome’s December 25 as His birth is provably false- proved by His Word and His Creation.
The woman showed up the last three years I have watched. And the moon ended up under her feet each year.
And each time, when the moon did that, it was on an appointed Day He taught Israel.
‘Judaism’ only got one of them right (2016)- and that might only be due to them changing the way they calculate the beginning of a month- because they were 0 for 2 before that.
So, 1 out of 3 for Judaism. 0 out of 3 for Christianity. For appointed days He taught Israel- A Day that points to the Son, the Word Made Flesh.
For those that claim to have the Son, Immanuel, that’s a rather big 0-fer..
I didn’t follow whether Islam stumbled into it- they could have been 3 for 3.
