Edgar Weisanant was HOT...staked his personal and professional reputations on what he believed to be true. I hear only lukewarm on this forum. There are too many scriptures that tell us to be watchmen...that there is a crown of righteousness laid up for those who love the Lord and long for His appearing. At least the person who posted Edgar’s teachings has his mind on the things of the Lord. The purpose of Edgar’s writings was to be highly read and controversial, which they were, so as to put a spotlight on God’s holy feasts which hitherto fore had no attention by the mainline church.
Those Feasts opened a door of study that has been phenomenal and exciting...living water. I do have to correct the writer of this post about the Ezk 4:4 reference. I believe he didn’t interpret it correctly. When Ezekiel was told to lay on his right side for 390 days, a year for a day. That would have been 390 years. At the end of the period of judgment the House of Israel did not repent therefor according to Lev. 26:18 the judgement without repentance would be multiplied by 7. The House of Israel came under judgement when Syria captured them and scattered them throughout the Syrian empire in 721BC. Multiply 390x7=2730years. So the House of Israel stayed under the judement of being scattered to the nations and not knowing who she was until 2730yrs. - 721years =2009AD. In 2009 all the Gentile Christians began waking up to the Hebrew truths of the Christian faith and started knowing and understanding their true identity as the scattered Israelites from the House of Israel...Remember Jesus/Yahshua said he only came “for the lost sheep of the House of Israel.” Gentile means a man without covenant. Gal 3:28 says “if ye be in Christ ye are Abrahams seed.”

about the watchmen- The ‘thief in the night’ is, some commentators say, in reference to the unsaved who don’t know Christ is returning- to the saved, Christ tells us to watch and be prepared so that we are not overtaken ‘as by a thief in the night’- We may not know the day or the hour, but if we’re watching, we can know when it’s close I believe, and won’t be taken unawares as will be the unsaved
