People tend to shy away from the conversation when "Bible codes", gematria, or numerology come up, and for good reason: they have been presented with every interpretation under the sun. Ask a dozen Bible code or gematria "experts" and you'll get two dozen answers as to who the antichrist is or when Jesus is coming back. Their predictive track records are also about as poor as your chances of winning the lottery. I've never put much stock in the theories of those who think they've single-handedly uncovered some secret knowledge hidden in the Bible using one of the aforementioned methods. Personally, I think they haven't found a thing except evidence of an overly active imagination and too great a liberty with God's Word.
That being said, the Bible contains more real knowledge than every other book combined. It is full of immeasurable treasures if you're willing to dig and submit yourself to its Author. The Bible also contains obvious patterns, themes, and repeating numbers. It is indeed communicating the wisdom of God to us if we are willing to humble ourselves enough to listen.
I have a lot of appreciation for Matt P's operation over at the Daily Crow, which doesn't shy away from numbers and extra-biblical evidence for God's sovereignty, yet simultaneously seeks to let the evidence speak for itself. It's the avoidance of interpretive hullabaloo that has allowed him to uncover some incredible connections and catch a glimpse of the sovereign hand of God.
This article is intended to familiarize you with a concept that one of our forum members coined "Balaamic Prophecies". Once familiarized you'll see that God is far more powerful and intelligent than you could have imagined. He controls and upholds all things. Everything is by design. Everything points to Christ. The evidence of His existence and power is so abundant, obvious, and profound that men are without excuse. When all is said and done, even the most "intelligent" atheist when presenting his arguments directly to God will appear as a toddler arguing for why he should be allowed to touch a hot stove. Even arguments for atheism are ultimately arguments against it because the arguments themselves are derived from the very concept of God - just as darkness is not a thing in itself, but only the absence of a thing - light. Atheism is not a thing in itself, but only the denial of the most obvious thing of all, which is God.
All the things society continually argues about are at their core evidence for God:
Theism: Theos + ism = Belief in God
Atheism: A + Theos = Denial of God
Pantheism: Pan + Theos + ism = Belief that all is God
Panentheism: Pan + en + Theos + ism = Belief that all is in God
Polytheism: Polus + Theos + ism = Belief in many gods
Monotheism: Mono + Theos + ism = Belief in one God
Philosophy: Philos + sophia = Love of wisdom ("Love" and "wisdom" are completely arbitrary and non-existent without God's existence)
Science: Sciens = To know (Nothing can be known for sure unless a Being who knows all things reveals it)
Universe: Uni + verse = One whole that is spoken or written into existence (God spoke the universe into existence and we learn of this in His written Word)
Wisdom: Wise + dom = The good judgment of dominion, decree, or authority (goodness, judgment, dominion, decree, and authority have no meaning without the existence of One who is good and has dominion and authority; dom comes from dominion, which comes from dominus, which means Lord)
Logic, creation, and science have each proven God's existence. On top of that, the Bible is the most reliable ancient book, completely inerrant in its original form. It is the only self-verifiable book in existence through the use of hundreds of very specific prophecies that were fulfilled word-for-word hundreds and even thousands of years after they were first written. Modern archaeology has completely obliterated the argument that Messianic prophecies in the Bible were written after the fact. In addition to all of this, discernible beauty, universal morality, and the unchanging laws of physics and mathematics provide even further evidence for the existence of universal truth and the Supreme Being. Men really are without excuse.
And now we are a little over three months away from a very specific astronomical alignment that was described in detail around 90 AD, nearly 2,000 years ago, by a follower of the Messiah. There is simply no conceivable way the Apostle John could have predicted this alignment without the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
Then one of them, named Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, spoke up, "You know nothing at all! You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish."
He did not say this on his own, but as high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the Jewish nation, and not only for that nation but also for the scattered children of God, to bring them together and make them one.
On the twenty-third day of the month of September,
In an early year of a decade
not too long before our own,
the human race suddenly
encountered a deadly threat
to its very existence.
Declare a holy fast;
call a sacred assembly.
Summon the elders
and all who live in the land
to the house of the Lord your God,
and cry out to the Lord.
Alas for that day!
For the day of the Lord is near;
it will come like destruction from the Almighty.
Has not the food been cut off
before our very eyes
joy and gladness
from the house of our God?
The seeds are shriveled
beneath the clods.
The storehouses are in ruins,
the granaries have been broken down,
for the grain has dried up.
How the cattle moan!
The herds mill about
because they have no pasture;
even the flocks of sheep are suffering.
To you, Lord, I call,
for fire has devoured the pastures in the wilderness
and flames have burned up all the trees of the field.
Even the wild animals pant for you;
the streams of water have dried up
and fire has devoured the pastures in the wilderness.
Blow the trumpet in Zion;
sound the alarm on my holy hill.
Let all who live in the land tremble,
for the day of the Lord is coming.
It is close at hand
Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times [The Rev. 12 Sign?]
Welcome to the final show [The Tribulation is about to begin - the Day of the LORD]
Hope you're wearing your best clothes [The righteousness of Christ received by faith]
You can't bribe the door on your way to the sky [Only genuine faith in Christ gets you raptured]
You look pretty good down here
But you ain't really good [You think you're good, but not by God's standards]
[Pre-Chorus]
We never learn, we been here before [Unbelievers are stubborn / judgment happened before in the Flood]
Why are we always stuck and running from
The bullets? The bullets
We never learn, we been here before
Why are we always stuck and running from
The bullets? The bullets
[Chorus]
Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times
We gotta get away from here [Believers will be leaving]
We gotta get away from here
Just stop your crying, it'll be alright
They told me that the end is near [Because it is - the end of the *age* that is]
We gotta get away from here [The Bible repeatedly says Believers will escape before the "hour of trial" or Tribulation comes]
[Verse 2]
Just stop your crying, have the time of your life
Breaking through the atmosphere [Another hint at the rapture or wanting to be included in it]
And things are pretty good from here
Remember everything will be alright
We can meet again somewhere
Somewhere far away from here
The huge figures that you will see on the day of the Lord Mayors Show are just the latest versions of pagan effigies that go back at least a thousand years.
The whole assembly became silent as they listened to Barnabas and Paul telling about the signs and wonders God had done among the Gentiles through them. When they finished, James spoke up. "Brothers," he said, "listen to me. Simon has described to us how God first intervened to choose a people for his name from the Gentiles. The words of the prophets are in agreement with this, as it is written:
After this I will return
and rebuild Davids fallen tent.
Its ruins I will rebuild,
and I will restore it,
that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,
even all the Gentiles who bear my name,
says the Lord, who does these things
things known from long ago."
After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this."
God will not contend with mortal man forever. Judgment will come in 120 years. God is regathering his people and though He was divorced from Israel for a time, He will remarry her. Her Temple will soon be rebuilt and the last king will soon come. The times of the Gentiles are over. In 2017 His focus returns to Israel. In 2024 Christ (Kristal) might return to Israel (Yisrael) at the culmination of judgment.
Ping for later. I hope I get to it before Jesus comes.
I’ve seen this event discussed on youtube and on other sites.
I lump it in with the planet x stuff. It “could” be true, so we’ll see. It’s not changing anything i do though. I don’t need it. All the signs I need are in the actual world. if this stuff comes to pass it will only confirm.
bttt
here is a little something from a friend of mine regarding timing. It is actually quite fascinating and discussing a PAST event that most of us are familiar with:
In the Bible, there are 66 books containing 1,200 chapters, that contain 31,000 verses, and depending on your version, there are over 800,000 words, and today I want to share with you the 4 words that have absolutely saved my sanity. If you want to know how rich that is, thats one half of one billionth of a percent of the Bible. Those words are found in Romans 5:6.
Romans 5:6 says at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. At the right time is an unbelievably important statement. Could it be that God fixed a specific moment in time in the worlds history - even to the very day - for Jesus to die? I figured, if His precision is THAT spot on, then Im all in on this Jesus thing and it will grant me power to defend my belief system other than I had an experience at Bible School. After years of studying, Ive come to the conclusion that I believe He did have a particular day, and I want to explain why. A spiritual brother of mine once said there is nothing more fun than taking a piece of scripture and moving it through all 66 books of the Bible. This process adds flavor to the finest cut of meat you can imagine.
What Im about to go through is a LOT of information. You dont have to remember all of it, other than to know that it has taken me years to put this together and I hope youre encouraged to study as well.
In Genesis 3, Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. God pronounced judgment on them and He says youre gonna pay for what youve done. He also handed down judgment on the serpent in Genesis 3:15when He says And I will put enmity between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel. This is the first time we see prophecy given concerning the suffering Savior just 3 chapters into His book. Genesis 3:15 prophecies about a particular woman having a particular seed.
Adam and Eve begin to multiply and sin runs rampant on the earth, so God calls a man in Genesis 6 to build an ark his name is Noah. Noah has 3 sons, Sham, Ham, and Japeth. The flood comes, the clouds burst, the fountains of the deep explode, and water covers the earth. The flood subsides after 40 days and 40 nights, after which Noah and his family rest safely on land. Sham, Ham, and Japeth begin to multiply the earth yet again. At the end of Genesis 11, God calls a man named Abram from Ur and he goes to a place called Canaan and in Genesis 12, God says to Abram through you, all the nations of the world will be blessed. He also says in Genesis 15, that He would give Abram the land from the Euphrates river all the way to the river of Egypt. He promised that to a specific man named Abraham who is the father of the Jewish nation. God created a whole new race of people through Abraham, because God wanted a wife. Abraham has a son named Issac, Isaac had a son named Jacob, and Jacob had 12 sons also known as the 12 tribes of Israel. One son is sold into slavery, whose name is Joseph. Joseph gets into a position of power because he actually stored grain and saved the world from a famine in Genesis 41. Joseph dies in Genesis 50. God then chooses a man in Exodus 3 by the name of Moses to lead the people back out from slavery and into the land of Canaan. Moses leads the people out of Egypt, across the Red Sea, to a place called mount Sinai. In Exodus 24, at the base of Mount Sinai, God actually marries the nation of Israel. God now has a wife. They disobey Him in the wilderness and they go to a place called Kadesh Bernaea in Numbers chapter 13. God says that they can go into the land, but theyre scared and frightened of the giants in the land. God tells them that because you dont trust me, and you spy out the place for 40 days, youll wander in the wilderness for 40 years and this generation will die off and they did in Numbers 32. Moses dies as well and Joshua led the people into Canaan. They took the land in the first half of the book, and they divided the land in the second half of the book. Joshua dies. After Joshua dies comes the time of the Judges. They have many judges all the way until Samuel. Samuel is the last Old Testament judge. Samuel anoints the first king by the name of King Saul out of the tribe of Benjamin in 1 Samuel 10. Hes pretty awful, dies on his sword, and David reigns after him. David comes from the tribe of Judah. And all of a sudden, David, the man after Gods own heart is given a promise in 1 Chronicles 17:11. God comes to David and says 11 When your days are fulfilled that you must go to be with your fathers, that I will set up one of your [c]descendants after you, who will be of your sons; and I will establish his kingdom. 12 He shall build for Me a house, and I will establish his throne forever. 13 I will be his father and he shall be My son; and I will not take My lovingkindness away from him, as I took it from him who was before you. 14 But I will settle him in My house and in My kingdom forever, and his throne shall be established forever. And David had, if you trace it back to when Jesus walks into Jerusalem and the crowd is shouting Hosanna to the Son of David, they are saying this is Davids promised son a fulfillment of 1 Chronicles 17. Jesus was a descendant of David based on Luke chapter 3.
Let me chase a rabbit here. When you look at Luke chapter 3, we find that Jesus is from the lineage of David which fulfills the promise in 1 Chronicles 17. However, if you look in Matthew 1, we find that he also comes from the lineage of someone cursed. Matthew 1:12 states that Jesus comes from the lineage of Jeconiah. Lets go to Jeremiah 22:26-30.
It says
I will cast you out, you and the mother who bore you,[i] into a land different from the land of your birth; and there you will die; 27 Neither shall return to the land for which they yearn.
28 Is this man Coniah a thing despised, to be broken,
a vessel that no one wants?
Why are he and his offspring cast out?
why thrown into a land they do not know?
29 O land, land, land,
hear the word of the LORD
30 Thus says the LORD:
Write this man down as childless,[j]
a man who will never prosper in his life!
Nor shall any of his descendants prosper,
to sit upon the throne of David,
to rule again over Judah.
So, how can he be from the lineage of David, yet also be from the lineage of a man thats been cursed? Josephs lineage is mentioned in Matthew 1 to prove a point to the Jews. The Jews reading this genealogy would have concluded that based on verse 11, that Jesus would not and could not be a successful king sitting on the throne of David. Therefore, Matthew takes Jesus lineage through Joseph to prove that if He were Josephs son, He could never be the Messiah. See, when I was taught Joseph was Jesus dad, I figured like every other mammal on the planet, that they had sex and had Jesus. Not in a perverted way, but just as a subconscious knowledge that thats how kids are made. But, thats not what happened, right? The phrase by whom in verse 16 is feminine pointing to Mary, not Joseph. This confirms once again the need for the virgin birth, based on Isaiah 7:14.
Going back to Luke 3:23-38: Notice in verse 23 that the definite article the is in italics meaning it was not part of the original manuscript. Note too, that Joseph is the only name in this genealogy that does not have the definite article the preceding it. Why? Because this is Marys lineage, not Josephs. Its also important to note that Jeconiah is not mentioned in this genealogy. Mary was a descendant from David, through Nathan, not Solomon like in the case of Joseph. Therefore, Jesus was born of a virgin, will be a successful King ruling on the throne of David, without contradiction.
Remember in Genesis 3:15 about a particular woman and a particular seed? So far, so good.
David dies in 1 Kings 2, and then comes Solomon. Solomon was the wisest ad richest man who ever lived. He wrote the book of Proverbs. After Solomon dies, the kingdom splits into two kingdoms. The Northern kingdom is called Samaria, and the Southern kingdom is named Judah the capital, Jerusalem. Throughout the history, there were 19 kings who reigned in the northern kingdom who were all evil. 18 kings, and 1 queen reigned in the Southern kingdom, some were good, some were evil. Now, this is where things start to get interesting.
In 722BC, history tells us that the Northern Kingdom was taken into captivity. The southern kingdom stays intact until 586BC, but what you have to remember is that Babylon overthrows Assyria. In 606 BC, King Nebuchadnezzar takes the 1st wave of Jews out of the Southern Kingdom out of the city of Jerusalem (Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego are in this group) and they go to Babylon. In 597BC, another wave of Jews were taken out and Ezekiel is included in that group. In 586BC, King Nebuchadnezzar burns the city to the ground, and the last (3rd) wave of Jews is gone. Babylon rules for 70 years over the Jews based on Jeremiah 25:11 and Daniel 9:24). Now, catch this. In 606BC, the first wave of the Jews goes out of Jerusalem and into Babylon. Guess when Persia overthrows Babylon? In 536BC, 70. Years. Later. In 536BC, King Cyrus of Persia allows the first wave of Jews to re-enter the temple and the city. Also, the book of Isaiah could be dated back to 740BC 134 years before the prophecy of the 70 year reign and 204 years before the eventual rule of Persia and when the Jews re-entered the city would come to pass. Look and heres the deal, King Cyrus is called out BY NAME in Isaiah 44:28. Persia is called out BY NAME. Heres the crazy part. At the time of the prophecy, NEITHER ONE EXISTED Cyrus or Persia. Taking conservative archeologists claims of the book of Isaiah, were talking over 200 years before any of these prophecies come to pass.
King Cyrus allowed the Jews to rebuild not only the temple, but also the city as well. This is a HUGE deal. Turn to Daniel 9:25.
Daniel 9:25 So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress.
Let me state it differently, what you have to understand is that Daniel is saying that there is going to be a decree issued. And, the moment that decree is issued, start counting time. The verse says there will be 62 weeks and 7 weeks of years and after that time passes, the Prince, the Messiah will arrive. Thats 483 years. Based on Genesis 29:27, we find out that a week is also the term for a 7 year period of time depending on the context. So, if you add 62 +7 together you come up with 69. And since it is talking about each week being a 7 year period, the total number of years here is 483 (69x7). Not around 450 or 500. Its 483, precisely. Keeping that in mind, lets go to Ezra 1:1. Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah. Do you remember what Jeremiah said? He said in Jeremiah 25:11 that the Jews will be out of the land in 70 years. the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he sent a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying: Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
Now, this decree given by King Cyrus appears to be, on the surface, a decree for the Jews to go back and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. So, if you take the first two verses in Ezra and determine what kind of decree Cyrus granted to the Jews, youll conclude that he only allowed them to rebuild the temple not the city. Now, look at Daniel 9 again, verse 25. Look at what each word says. So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem.... Based on what we have discovered, if we were to just stop there, we could determine that Ezra 1:1-2 does not fulfill the prophecy of Daniel 9:25. But, lets go to Isaiah 44:28. Keep in mind that Isaiah lived WAY before the Persian empire even existed. Isaiah prophecies during the time of Assyrian rule before Babylon overthrew Assyria, and before the Persians overthrew Babylon It is I who says of Cyrus, He is My shepherd! And he will perform all My desire. And he declares of Jerusalem, She will be built, And of the temple, Your foundation will be laid. King Cyrus, based on this, allows the city to be built as well, not just the temple. This is a big deal.
There was a decree made by a Persian king, by the name of King Artaxerxes in Nehemiah 2:8 which was to rebuild the wall in Jerusalem in 445BC. It took 52 days and the end result was one of the greatest engineering feats known to man. But heres another significant thing about that. If you start marking time from the time that decree was issued in 445BC, and you count all the leap years, you will find yourself in the triumphal entry in Matthew 21 making Jesus 33 years of age. In other words, count 483 years, including leap years, starting in 445BC and youll find yourself witnessing the Prince of Peace, the Son of David walking into Jerusalem.
And Jesus, the following week, DIES on Passover, the ONLY day He could, and ironically was nailed to the cross as the korban hagigah sacrifice was being offered at 9am. The korban chagigah is a Jewish sacrifice also known as a peace offering. It had no prescribed limit and it could be offered from any appropriate animal. It was offered at the same time the Paschal lamb was offered. Guess who else was dying at that time? Jesus - completing the Scripture that says Christ is our Passover Lamb in 1 Corinthians 5:7. So, the four words in one verse of one book of the entire Bible that have saved my sanity and mitigated my doubts At the right time Christ died for the ungodly. You cant tell me that some men decided to come up with a hoax that spans 1,500 years, survived 400 years of silence, have over 40 different authors, 66 different books, guiding their way from covenant to covenant without contradiction and say they just made it all up. What encourages me is that those who were trusted with the gospel were as Acts 4 says, uneducated and untrained men. So, I figured, if this proves the validity and reliability on the Gospel, what else could be in there that Ive completely missed? Well, there was a LOT.
As the great philosopher, Yoda, once said you must unlearn what you have learned.

Who is Gary? Is that you? Why should I put any value into what he writes
No matter how thin you slice it, this is still Bologna.
Confirmation bias on display.
An exercise in, at best, mistaking decorations for a main work.
The preachers who show and tell what it’s like to live in the Lord will have better reward than these gawkers. Knowledge puffs up but love edifies.
And now that you’ve got such ponderous proof, what will you do with what you’ve found? Will the dog who chased the car jump in when invited or will he pee his mark on the tire then run his own way?
A "Sign, sign, everywhere a sign" ping to self for further study later.
I wonder how many former unbelievers are won by this stuff?
I stopped reading right there. I don't have time for idiocy.
I’m in a car headed to Chicago.
I see a sign, 100 miles to Chicago.
I get out of the car and dance around the sign.
Everybody else in the car gets to Chicago.
Who was wisest?
The attitude seems wrong. Knowledge puffeth up.
I don’t know, but it is a real shame. There IS a message of salvation in the bible, but all this “the world will end on” crap distracts from it. In fact, there will be some who will lose their faith when the 24th of September dawns with nothing new.
People who write this stuff are the worst possible kind of religious charlatan. There is a special place in hell for them.
So if I were to guess where the Fire starts it looks like NK this year. But then again I’m Jewish so what the hell do I know:-)
Some of this is a bit of a stretch, but Lady Gaga as an apocalyptic omen is right on target.
Thanks for that, uh...Gary.
