here is a little something from a friend of mine regarding timing. It is actually quite fascinating and discussing a PAST event that most of us are familiar with:

In the Bible, there are 66 books containing 1,200 chapters, that contain 31,000 verses, and depending on your version, there are over 800,000 words, and today I want to share with you the 4 words that have absolutely saved my sanity. If you want to know how rich that is, that’s one half of one billionth of a percent of the Bible. Those words are found in Romans 5:6.
Romans 5:6 says “at the right time Christ died for the ungodly”. “At the right time” is an unbelievably important statement. Could it be that God fixed a specific moment in time in the world’s history - even to the very day - for Jesus to die? I figured, if His precision is THAT spot on, then I’m all in on this Jesus thing and it will grant me power to defend my belief system other than “I had an experience at Bible School”. After years of studying, I’ve come to the conclusion that I believe He did have a particular day, and I want to explain why. A spiritual brother of mine once said there is nothing more fun than taking a piece of scripture and moving it through all 66 books of the Bible. This process adds flavor to the finest cut of meat you can imagine.

What I’m about to go through is a LOT of information. You don’t have to remember all of it, other than to know that it has taken me years to put this together and I hope you’re encouraged to study as well.

In Genesis 3, Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. God pronounced judgment on them and He says you’re gonna pay for what you’ve done. He also handed down judgment on the serpent in Genesis 3:15when He says “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.” This is the first time we see prophecy given concerning the suffering Savior – just 3 chapters into His book. Genesis 3:15 prophecies about a particular woman having a particular seed.

Adam and Eve begin to multiply and sin runs rampant on the earth, so God calls a man in Genesis 6 to build an ark – his name is Noah. Noah has 3 sons, Sham, Ham, and Japeth. The flood comes, the clouds burst, the fountains of the deep explode, and water covers the earth. The flood subsides after 40 days and 40 nights, after which Noah and his family rest safely on land. Sham, Ham, and Japeth begin to multiply the earth yet again. At the end of Genesis 11, God calls a man named Abram from Ur and he goes to a place called Canaan and in Genesis 12, God says to Abram “through you, all the nations of the world will be blessed.” He also says in Genesis 15, that He would give Abram the land from the Euphrates river all the way to the river of Egypt. He promised that to a specific man named Abraham who is the father of the Jewish nation. God created a whole new race of people through Abraham, because God wanted a wife. Abraham has a son named Issac, Isaac had a son named Jacob, and Jacob had 12 sons also known as the 12 tribes of Israel. One son is sold into slavery, whose name is Joseph. Joseph gets into a position of power because he actually stored grain and saved the world from a famine in Genesis 41. Joseph dies in Genesis 50. God then chooses a man in Exodus 3 by the name of Moses to lead the people back out from slavery and into the land of Canaan. Moses leads the people out of Egypt, across the Red Sea, to a place called mount Sinai. In Exodus 24, at the base of Mount Sinai, God actually marries the nation of Israel. God now has a wife. They disobey Him in the wilderness and they go to a place called Kadesh Bernaea in Numbers chapter 13. God says that they can go into the land, but they’re scared and frightened of the giants in the land. God tells them that because you don’t trust me, and you spy out the place for 40 days, you’ll wander in the wilderness for 40 years and this generation will die off and they did in Numbers 32. Moses dies as well and Joshua led the people into Canaan. They took the land in the first half of the book, and they divided the land in the second half of the book. Joshua dies. After Joshua dies comes the time of the Judges. They have many judges all the way until Samuel. Samuel is the last Old Testament judge. Samuel anoints the first king by the name of King Saul out of the tribe of Benjamin in 1 Samuel 10. He’s pretty awful, dies on his sword, and David reigns after him. David comes from the tribe of Judah. And all of a sudden, David, the man after God’s own heart is given a promise in 1 Chronicles 17:11. God comes to David and says “11 When your days are fulfilled that you must go to be with your fathers, that I will set up one of your [c]descendants after you, who will be of your sons; and I will establish his kingdom. 12 He shall build for Me a house, and I will establish his throne forever. 13 I will be his father and he shall be My son; and I will not take My lovingkindness away from him, as I took it from him who was before you. 14 But I will settle him in My house and in My kingdom forever, and his throne shall be established forever.” And David had, if you trace it back to when Jesus walks into Jerusalem and the crowd is shouting “Hosanna to the Son of David”, they are saying this is David’s promised son – a fulfillment of 1 Chronicles 17. Jesus was a descendant of David based on Luke chapter 3.

Let me chase a rabbit here. When you look at Luke chapter 3, we find that Jesus is from the lineage of David which fulfills the promise in 1 Chronicles 17. However, if you look in Matthew 1, we find that he also comes from the lineage of someone cursed. Matthew 1:12 states that Jesus comes from the lineage of Jeconiah. Let’s go to Jeremiah 22:26-30.

It says
I will cast you out, you and the mother who bore you,[i] into a land different from the land of your birth; and there you will die; 27 Neither shall return to the land for which they yearn.

28 Is this man Coniah a thing despised, to be broken,
a vessel that no one wants?
Why are he and his offspring cast out?
why thrown into a land they do not know?
29 O land, land, land,
hear the word of the LORD—
30 Thus says the LORD:
Write this man down as childless,[j]
a man who will never prosper in his life!
Nor shall any of his descendants prosper,
to sit upon the throne of David,
to rule again over Judah.

So, how can he be from the lineage of David, yet also be from the lineage of a man that’s been cursed? Joseph’s lineage is mentioned in Matthew 1 to prove a point to the Jews. The Jews reading this genealogy would have concluded that based on verse 11, that Jesus would not and could not be a successful king sitting on the throne of David. Therefore, Matthew takes Jesus’ lineage through Joseph to prove that if He were Joseph’s son, He could never be the Messiah. See, when I was taught Joseph was Jesus’ dad, I figured like every other mammal on the planet, that they had sex and had Jesus. Not in a perverted way, but just as a subconscious knowledge that that’s how kids are made. But, that’s not what happened, right? The phrase “by whom” in verse 16 is feminine – pointing to Mary, not Joseph. This confirms once again the need for the virgin birth, based on Isaiah 7:14.

Going back to Luke 3:23-38: Notice in verse 23 that the definite article “the” is in italics – meaning it was not part of the original manuscript. Note too, that Joseph is the only name in this genealogy that does not have the definite article “the” preceding it. Why? Because this is Mary’s lineage, not Joseph’s. It’s also important to note that Jeconiah is not mentioned in this genealogy. Mary was a descendant from David, through Nathan, not Solomon like in the case of Joseph. Therefore, Jesus was born of a virgin, will be a successful King ruling on the throne of David, without contradiction.

Remember in Genesis 3:15 about a particular woman and a particular seed? So far, so good.

David dies in 1 Kings 2, and then comes Solomon. Solomon was the wisest ad richest man who ever lived. He wrote the book of Proverbs. After Solomon dies, the kingdom splits into two kingdoms. The Northern kingdom is called Samaria, and the Southern kingdom is named Judah – the capital, Jerusalem. Throughout the history, there were 19 kings who reigned in the northern kingdom who were all evil. 18 kings, and 1 queen reigned in the Southern kingdom, some were good, some were evil. Now, this is where things start to get interesting.

In 722BC, history tells us that the Northern Kingdom was taken into captivity. The southern kingdom stays intact until 586BC, but what you have to remember is that Babylon overthrows Assyria. In 606 BC, King Nebuchadnezzar takes the 1st wave of Jews out of the Southern Kingdom out of the city of Jerusalem (Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego are in this group) and they go to Babylon. In 597BC, another wave of Jews were taken out and Ezekiel is included in that group. In 586BC, King Nebuchadnezzar burns the city to the ground, and the last (3rd) wave of Jews is gone. Babylon rules for 70 years over the Jews based on Jeremiah 25:11 and Daniel 9:24). Now, catch this. In 606BC, the first wave of the Jews goes out of Jerusalem and into Babylon. Guess when Persia overthrows Babylon? In 536BC, 70. Years. Later. In 536BC, King Cyrus of Persia allows the first wave of Jews to re-enter the temple and the city. Also, the book of Isaiah could be dated back to 740BC – 134 years before the prophecy of the 70 year reign and 204 years before the eventual rule of Persia and when the Jews re-entered the city would come to pass. Look and here’s the deal, King Cyrus is called out BY NAME in Isaiah 44:28. Persia is called out BY NAME. Here’s the crazy part. At the time of the prophecy, NEITHER ONE EXISTED –Cyrus or Persia. Taking conservative archeologists claims of the book of Isaiah, we’re talking over 200 years before any of these prophecies come to pass.
King Cyrus allowed the Jews to rebuild not only the temple, but also the city as well. This is a HUGE deal. Turn to Daniel 9:25.

Daniel 9:25 “So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress.”

Let me state it differently, what you have to understand is that Daniel is saying that there is going to be a decree issued. And, the moment that decree is issued, start counting time. The verse says there will be 62 weeks and 7 weeks of years and after that time passes, the Prince, the Messiah will arrive. That’s 483 years. Based on Genesis 29:27, we find out that a week is also the term for a 7 year period of time depending on the context. So, if you add 62 +7 together you come up with 69. And since it is talking about each week being a 7 year period, the total number of years here is 483 (69x7). Not “around 450 or 500”. It’s 483, precisely. Keeping that in mind, let’s go to Ezra 1:1. “Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah. Do you remember what Jeremiah said? He said in Jeremiah 25:11 that the Jews will be out of the land in 70 years. “the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he sent a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying: Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, ‘The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.”

Now, this decree given by King Cyrus appears to be, on the surface, a decree for the Jews to go back and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. So, if you take the first two verses in Ezra and determine what kind of decree Cyrus granted to the Jews, you’ll conclude that he only allowed them to rebuild the temple – not the city. Now, look at Daniel 9 again, verse 25. Look at what each word says. “So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem...”. Based on what we have discovered, if we were to just stop there, we could determine that Ezra 1:1-2 does not fulfill the prophecy of Daniel 9:25. But, let’s go to Isaiah 44:28. Keep in mind that Isaiah lived WAY before the Persian empire even existed. Isaiah prophecies during the time of Assyrian rule before Babylon overthrew Assyria, and before the Persians overthrew Babylon “It is I who says of Cyrus, ‘He is My shepherd! And he will perform all My desire.’ And he declares of Jerusalem, ‘She will be built,’ And of the temple, ‘Your foundation will be laid.’” King Cyrus, based on this, allows the city to be built as well, not just the temple. This is a big deal.

There was a decree made by a Persian king, by the name of King Artaxerxes in Nehemiah 2:8 which was to rebuild the wall in Jerusalem in 445BC. It took 52 days and the end result was one of the greatest engineering feats known to man. But here’s another significant thing about that. If you start marking time from the time that decree was issued in 445BC, and you count all the leap years, you will find yourself in the triumphal entry in Matthew 21 – making Jesus 33 years of age. In other words, count 483 years, including leap years, starting in 445BC and you’ll find yourself witnessing the Prince of Peace, the Son of David walking into Jerusalem.

And Jesus, the following week, DIES on Passover, the ONLY day He could, and ironically was nailed to the cross as the korban hagigah sacrifice was being offered – at 9am. The korban chagigah is a Jewish sacrifice also known as a “peace offering”. It had no prescribed limit and it could be offered from any appropriate animal. It was offered at the same time the Paschal lamb was offered. Guess who else was dying at that time? Jesus - completing the Scripture that says Christ is our Passover Lamb in 1 Corinthians 5:7. So, the four words in one verse of one book of the entire Bible that have saved my sanity and mitigated my doubts “At the right time Christ died for the ungodly”. You can’t tell me that some men decided to come up with a hoax that spans 1,500 years, survived 400 years of silence, have over 40 different authors, 66 different books, guiding their way from covenant to covenant without contradiction and say they just made it all up. What encourages me is that those who were trusted with the gospel were as Acts 4 says, “uneducated and untrained men”. So, I figured, if this proves the validity and reliability on the Gospel, what else could be in there that I’ve completely missed? Well, there was a LOT.

As the great philosopher, Yoda, once said “you must unlearn what you have learned”.

11. On January 20, 2017, Donald Trump and Mike Pence became the President and Vice President of the most powerful and influential Gentile nation on earth.  Neither Trump nor Pence are even among the top 2,500 last names according to PBS.  What are the chances, outside of providence, that those two names would end up in that order on the same ticket in the same year that a great sign appears on the Feast of Trumpets?  Trump/Pence is a homophone for "trumpets".

P.S. Nobody tell Donald. He'll be tweeting about it 24/7, and the usual suspects here will anathematize anyone who fails to believe.

There's a mixed bag of data in here. Not entirely useless, as data is data, even if the interpretations are sketchy.

More importantly, is that the past provides a sure sign, as it has already happened. Apollo 11. There's your sign.

"One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind."

500 mil + people witnessed that, fake moon-landing conspiracies notwithstanding. It really outdid Sinai on the scale of momentous events witnessed. Talk about a message.

And the re-entry, when the dove (Columbia) hovered over the waters and splashed down? July 24, 1969: Tisha B'Av.

Rashi on Gen 1:2:

"and the spirit of God was hovering: The Throne of Glory was suspended in the air and hovered over the face of the water with the breath of the mouth of the Holy One, blessed be He and with His word, like a dove, which hovers over the nest, acoveter in Old French, to cover, hover over.

"Although Mashiach1 could come in any moment, the Talmud declares that Tisha b’Av is the day most suited to his birth.2"

2. "And the spirit of G‑d hovered upon the waters." (Gen. 1:2) Midrash Rabba explains that this "spirit of G‑d" hovering upon the waters is actually the "soul of Mashiach," a term that refers to the highest possible G‑d awareness/truth awareness that human beings are capable of. The whole point of our six thousand year labor of teshuva and tikun, of trying to grow and evolve, is to stretch and refine our personal and collective vessels, so that this "spirit of G‑d" "this soul of Mashiach" can finally fit inside, embodied as the messianic golden age. Now, it "hovers upon the waters" i.e., the shifting sands of our physical world, waiting for our vessels to evolve and expand enough to finally let it come in. Now, our vessels are too narrow and constricted. There’s no space for its more expansive vision to fit inside. At some point we’ll accumulate a critical mass of tikun where the joint system becomes rectified enough that the designated person’s vessel can stretch the minimum amount necessary for the toe of the hovering messianic soul to actually, finally, squeeze in. At that point the potential Mashiach becomes the actual Mashiach, and that is what it means that Mashiach is born.

Birth (impending conception) announcement, as with Sarah:

Genesis 18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

"One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind."
