Father, no matter what temporal situations we see with our senses, Your children can always turn our eyes and see You and Your glory and find a place of refuge and strength. We are in awe of Your fullness. With the psalmist, we sigh, "Blessed be God!"
We are gathered in unity around Your Word, Your love and the desire You have put in our hearts to see Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Joining with You, we roll up our spiritual sleeves, put on Your armor, and set to work! James 3:16 For wherever there is jealousy (envy) and contention (rivalry and selfish ambition), there will also be confusion (unrest, disharmony, rebellion) and all sorts of evil and vile practices.
Psalm 43:3:O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling. We ask for Light, Truth and Love to be poured out on the people, leaders and military servants of this Nation. In Your Love, there is no jealousy, contention and confusion. Your Love never fails. This is all we need. This is the only thing we need. Man does not have solutions to the problems our Nation faces.
Angels, we charge you to care for the military men and women who are in harm's way--no matter where they serve. Protect their bodies and bring the money they need to provide for their families. Send forth Your Word unhindered throughout their ranks, Sir, opening doors of utterance. No matter what doors Satan may try to close, Your Word will go forth, in Jesus' name.
We also pray today for Dinesh D'Souza, an American Hero. We pray that Your favor would encompass him and set him free from those who would attempt to silence him. Send him whatever help he needs to win the victory of free speech. Thank You, Sir.
For our faithful prayer partners, I pray: (You) who were chosen and foreknown by God the Father and consecrated (sanctified, made holy) by the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ (the Messiah) and to be sprinkled with [His] blood: May grace (spiritual blessing) and peace be given you in increasing abundance [that spiritual peace to be realized in and through Christ, freedom from fears, agitating passions, and moral conflicts]. Praised (honored, blessed) be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)! By His boundless mercy we have been born again to an ever-living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
