So, which branch of the U.S. government is it that employs the Pope?

...set to be published in June and might make environmentalism a Catholic doctrine...

No, it won't. It will only serve to further demonstrate that this pope is a deeply flawed individual, as occasionally others through history have been. He's an embarrassment.

Matt 8:27

The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”

Well for shure it ain`t Francis!

“Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy met with Vatican officials that helped draft Pope Francis’ climate-related encyclical”

The Pope is having members of the Obama Administration write his encyclicals. Pope Francis is either stupid to the point of being incompetent and unqualified or is a devious politician devoid of any spiritual values.

I pray for the future of the Catholic Church.

Separation of Church and State not always preferred by Liberals, it seems.

Hey, Frank!

You actually believe that Man will destroy the earth before God’s appointed time to remake it?

...might make environmentalism a Catholic doctrine like Pope Pius IX’s encyclical about infallibility.

EPA.

If the GOP-e wants to convince me they give a popcorn fart, then will vote in the next year to shut it down.

Does EPA working with the pope form and unconstitutional relationship with the catholic church?

I think it is illegal.
