Our hearts cry today is that You would show the same mercy to those in any position of authority in our Nationfrom the President to the dog catcher and to every single member of our military. Jesus told us: The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. This is what we pray. Send out laborers into Your harvest. Jesus also told us, All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. We know from 1 Timothy 2 that Your will is for all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the Truth. Therefore, we ask You to reveal Him to them as well.
Let it rain, dear Father! Let the early and the latter rain come by Your Spirit. We wait for the precious fruit You have promised us.
Protect and defend our military men and women and give wisdom to all those in leadership as they make decisions concerning their actions.
Thank You for answering our earnest prayers in Jesus name. Amen.
Please pray with us for multitudes coming to know Him and for our prayer leader, Kitty Mittens, who is overcoming a physical affliction. No weapon formed against her shall prosper! God's healing grace is sufficient for her.
Amen to your powerful Prayer for our American heroes and For Our Nation.
And special prayers for our Dear Sister and Prayer Partner, Kitty Mittens.
Amen, Hiskid!
Lifting up our beloved America and heroes.
Read: Psalm 15
I came across an epitaph on an old gravestone in a cemetery the other day. It read, J. Holgate: An honest man.
I know nothing of Holgates life, but because his marker is unusually ornate, he must have struck it rich. But whatever he accomplished in his lifetime, hes remembered for just one thing: He was an honest man.
Diogenes, the Greek philosopher, spent a lifetime in search of honesty and finally concluded that an honest man could not be found. Honest people are hard to find in any age, but the trait is one that greatly matters. Honesty is not the best policy; its the only policy, and one of the marks of a man or woman who lives in Gods presence. David writes, Lord, . . . who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly (Ps. 15:1-2).
I ask myself: Am I trustworthy and honorable in all my affairs? Do my words ring true? Do I speak the truth in love or do I fudge and fade the facts now and then, or exaggerate for emphasis? If so, I may turn to God with complete confidence and ask for forgiveness and for a good and honest heartto make truthfulness an integral part of my nature. The One who has begun a good work in me is faithful. He will do it.
Wow! I have been praying this for over a week.
God is moving.
Paying your prayer with you, Hiskid, In the name of Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.
May God Keep Safe Those Who Keep Us Safe
