A&E has caved and Phil Robertson will remain on Duck Dynasty:

That is why we reacted so quickly and strongly to a recent interview with Phil Robertson. While Phil’s comments made in the interview reflect his personal views based on his own beliefs, and his own personal journey, he and his family have publicly stated they regret the “coarse language” he used and the mis-interpretation of his core beliefs based only on the article. He also made it clear he would “never incite or encourage hate.” We at A+E Networks expressed our disappointment with his statements in the article, and reiterate that they are not views we hold.

That is where the real battlefield is.

It’s not so much as a “switch” as it is an increase of pressure.
I have no doubt that there are/have been dozens of GlAAD operatives calling on the administrators and teachers in our public schools.
A bleeding heart appeal that your “Gay” students are deeply hurt and must be protected from the bigotry that is expressed by students that wear DD gear.
These evil Glaad folks, tell people what other people are thinking/feeling and use that to control what is acceptable, in their view.
This is commonplace now that they’ve raised their profiles like this. From imaginary foes, now they’re getting real foes.
That said, Christians have been muffing the issue for decades, for the most part. Either “get outta here you blankety blanks” or “oh don’t worry, God’s perfectly okay with what you’ve been doing.” The King’s highway of exhorting them to holy love, even at our own peril, is scarcely traveled any more. Part of the problem, IMHO, is that the church has forgotten how to offer its own sex life to God, and therefore is caught tongue tied when God would like it to tell others to offer their own sex lives to God.
No, what I am referring to, is that by being only anti- obamacare is not sufficient for the Republican party. There needs to be something to vote for.....Plans have to be developed,ideas espoused,positive direction, and leadership formulated.Conservatism will loose if no clear direction of this great nation is postulated.
Keep fighting until the Agenda’s shock troops lose more battles. From “victory to victory,” folks.
