Featured Term (selected at random):
A wealthy tax collector who was so eager to see Jesus as he passed through Jericho that he climbed a tree to get a better vantage point. He was jubilant when Jesus greeted him and expressed a desire to visit his home. Because of the man's dubious moral reputation, the crowd murmured at this friendly gesture, but it achieved quick results. Zacchaeus promptly promised to give half his property to the poor (Luke 10:1-10). (Etym. Greek zacchaios; Hebrew zakkai, pure.)

I'm currently reading "The Harbinger" and yesterday I got to the part that talks extensively about Isaiah 9:10 and the cutting of the sycamores. I, of course, thought about the New Testament and the story of Zacchaeus and the sycamore and Jesus.
And now this.
Makes me go, "Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm."
The Harbinger is one of the books that I hope gets put on our Spiritual Book Club list for this next year.
Are you waiting for the third shoe to drop on the sycamore thing? LOL!
Although I plan to finish “The Harbinger”, and I am finding the basic material to be highly interesting, I have to say that the book is horribly written. It is almost all in dialogue format, and the author has no ear for dialogue whatsoever.
