Please Pray for my Brother-in-law Scott

My Brother-In-Law Scott is very ill

He was clearing brush in Hawaii and contracted a very aggressive Staph infection. He tried to battle the illness by himself for three weeks before calling for help and by the time the doctors discovered what was causing his symptoms, a great deal of damage had already been done, especially to his lungs. He is now in Septic Shock, his blood pressure is extremely low and the prognosis is not good.

Early this morning despite the valiant and heroic efforts of his medical team Scott lost his battle with the devastating illness that had already claimed his right lung. His strength and fortitude in the face of his great struggle serve as an example for all of us to follow.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers.

Eternal rest, grant unto our dear brother Scott O Lord and may perpetual light shine upon him. May Scott’s soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
