It’s time for American taxpayers to sue the hell out of our so called “government” for their failure to enforce our immigration laws. When laws are passed, you don’t just blow them off because you don’t get warm fuzzies when you have to enforce them.

Let's get dead serious, shall we? I'm getting damn sick and tired of this BS.
Obama’s order means nothing and was simple Hispandering. I have yet to hear of ONE illegal who has benefited from it. It was just him trying to look good, and a lot of illegals were dumb/desperate enough to fall for it. I get asked each week what this means, and I have people wanting to “get their papers” and they think this means they can do it.
They don’t get it, though. They still have NO LEGAL CLAIM to any LEGAL immigration status in the US. Many of the people who get referred to immigration court have been pulled over and found driving without a license. I do not think it’s justice to let people stay who have obviously shown that they have no regard for our laws. It starts with the illegal crossing. It continues with fake papers, not bothering to get a driver’s license, etc. Ultimately the community overall gets the opinion that they can pick and choose which laws they feel like following.
If they are truly Christians, then they will obey the laws.
This something I don't understand: if an immigration court issues a final deportation order, why is there any question whether they'll be deported?
Obama’s directive only applies to law enforcement immigration authorities BEFORE they present the illegal aliens to the immigration court.
Once in the system, it is a judicial matter - the administration has NO effect on the outcome ...
