Shocker! Churches promoting Islam
WND ^ | June 24, 2011 | Michael Carl

Dozens of churches, from Park Hill Congregational in Denver to Hillview United Methodist in Boise, Idaho, and First United Lutheran in San Francisco to St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in Honolulu, are planning to send "a message both here at home and to the Arab and Muslim world about our respect for Islam" with a time to read the Quran during worship this Sunday.

It's not just wrong, but dangerous, according to Christian trends analysts.

The aim of the program, which is promoted by social activists behind the Faith Shared website, is to counter the message from Islamic activists who say opposition to their religion is the product of what they call a cottage industry of hate.

"But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 10:33

From the Koran--"The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was no more than God's apostle . . . God is but one God. GOD FORBID THAT HE SHOULD HAVE A SON!" (4:171)

From the Bible--"And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Matthew 3:17

How can there be any unity here?

Why not just have BJ Day for Muzzies and be done with it? It’s what they’re leading up to. Why not just drop the pretenses and get on with it?

A big Iman from Saudi Arabia instructed Muslims around the world as a big part of their infiltration of Shariah to the West to promote “Understanding Islam” programs with liberal clergy, teachers, librarians, social scientists and government employees, including the military. This is the fruit of that propaganda deception.

These “church” leaders are traitors and should be prosecuted as such. What is it about jihad do they not understand? There is no room for the POS koran in any Christian church.

The Muslim Imam’s must be LTAO.

If they read any arty of the Koran in my Church, I will be getting up and walking out.

I know I don’t have to worry about that, my Priest is very well versed in the Muslims and their Jihad. We have spoken about it before.

The priest from my local Apostolic church started this respect for Muslims campaign. He also started advocating on behalf of the illegals. I am no longer a member of that parish.

Reading the koran aloud in a Christian church is blasphemy. Those who do so as respect for islam are promoting a satanic cult & should be banished from the church.

We have a duty to fight evil when it crosses our path.

There are lots of churches out there fighting against this and denouncing it. Mine is one of them.

Doesn't it depend upon how it is read? Not reading it is just as ignorant as reading it.

Not exactly ~ depends on how it's done. We certainly wouldn't want to tout it as correct. But it might pay for folks to know that the Koran advocates killing Jews and hypocrites!

And you thought the Leftwingtard mantra about "hypocrisy" had some sort of Christian aspect to it ~ it doesn't. Not Leftwingtard concerns. They are not into Biblical exegesis, but they do know what their funny little friends in Islam are into, and there's this concern about "hypocrisy" and killing and that sort of stuff, and they imagine the Moslems will drop the price of oil if they recite some of that stuff.

This is just one of the reasons why you cannot be both a Christian and a Leftwingtard.

"Great Apostacy," anyone?

Are these the same folks mentioned in the Bible, religious leaders, who will kill you (the real follower of Christ, the Son of God), and think they are doing God a favor?

Just sayin'.

I do not have a problem with it.

Get the people reading the Koran, then they can make a more knowledgable decision on whether the teachings of the Koran or the Bible are more sincere and believable.

I have read some of it (Koran) and it is evil, backwards, in teaching of how you should live your lives. It does not promote Love thy neighbor, Love thy enemy..Christians will not be inclined to switch their beliefs. It will have the opposite effect of “binding” them more with Christian / Judeo moral principles rather than the Guidance of Mo. The teachings of Jesus and Mo are direct opposites - 1 for good and Love and the Other for Evil and Hate - No Joy in Islam —

All “baby” Christians have areas in their lives where it takes some time for Jesus to clean up.

That being said, I have more respect for raging heathen who totally reject Jesus because they want to control their lives than people who claim to be “mature” Christians yet try to justify their godless ways.

Being a libtard is certainly being godless. Hypocrites were the only group of sinners in the Bible that Jesus openly showed contempt for.

Jesus made references to SPECIFIC hypocrites of a specific class, or under specific circumstances.

His own definition of hypocrisy IS rather the opposite of the Islamic and Leftwingtard definition. They presume each individual of their inclination is free to denounce righteous people as hypocrites based on the slightest apparent inconsistency ~ and then KILL them.

Jesus did not once advocate examining everyone for hypocrisy for every element of their life and then killing them. He just didn't do that.
