Religious leaders who consider environmental protection a godly mission are making the Gulf of Mexico oil spill a rallying cry, hoping it inspires people of faith to support cleaner energy while changing their personal lives to consume less and contemplate more.

"This is one of those rare moments when you can really focus people's attention on what's happening to God's creation," said Walt Grazer, head of the National Religious Partnership for the Environment.(continued)

If the press were objective in their reporting, they would be all over the NIMBYs for this problem. Instead, they are allowing Obama to use it as political leverage while he does not properly address the travesty.

He is without a doubt the worst president our nation has ever had. I now believe that he is also the worst person possible to hold elected office in the U.S. Disgusting character.

“Where would Jesus drill?”

If the truth be known.....He would drill into the hearts of liberals to purge the trash therein.

Global Warming as Religion:

Ecotard kooks from the following denomination of the Church of the Warming Globe want you to become "very happy" by sending them a donation (I'm not making this reality-reflecting-parody up).

Update: you can still donate, but they no longer claim on the website that doing so will make you happy. Donating makes you merely a dupe to their version of the scam.

The Regeneration Project
and the Interfaith Power and Light campaign
"A religious response to global warming"
Donate and feel "very happy" about your life.
