There is spirit. Not sure I would brave it even if I was in the area. I just don’t do three little children at mass without the hubs.

Awesome mass. Place was packed.beautiful singing. Crowded enough where the tour buses had to park on the street. Hope there will be another one sooner than 45 years! Anyway I’m at the Dubliner waiting for a Guinness.

11:40 and the lower parking lot is 3/4 full already. My friend and I got there at about 10:45 a.m. There were plenty of parking spots in the lot.

I have been told that a priest (or priests) frequently says the Traditional Latin Mass at the National Shrine's Crypt altar or the Lourdes Chapel, but these are informal, not-published-in-the-bulletin Masses.
I would appreciate any information anyone could tell me about how/when to attend one of these Masses -- or how to contact someone who does know the times (either a priest who says the Mass or a layperson who attends).
If you do not want to post on the thread, please Freepmail me.
Thanks in advance.

I was at the Pontifical Mass and was amazed that there were probably 4,000 in attendance. Went to St. Mary's for Sunday Mass. Was unable to go to the Dubliner because of another social event. Wish I could have been there.

Went to St. Mary's for Sunday Mass. LOL.
So was I. Sorry that Bp. Slattery's voice went out on him. Would have loved to hear another homily like yesterday's homily. Ah well.

Man! I went to the Dubliner, roamed around a bit to see if I could spot anyone, and then sat down by the door. I also went to the Sunday Mass at St. Mary’s.
